Worst CVS avoid it like the plague. Customer Service is the worst. I asked to use my points and was told I did not have any even though I had checked before coming to this location & I had 25% off.

Please like if you can see this. Apparently, g00g13 is shad0wbann1ng honest reviews. People are gravely ill because the pharmacist Kenneth refuses to check his voicemail for prescriptions. It's been one month and I'm still unable to get my medication filled simply because he claims he did not receive them. This is despite the many times my doctor has called & sent them in. Now I want to have them transferred to another pharmacy, but the pharmacist and staff are so irresponsible that they won't check their voicemails. It's been 3 days and the pharmacist at my new pharmacy has already called several times and left several voicemails because they refuse to answer the phone or even check their voicemail. Apparently, they are notorious for losing prescriptions and not answering their doctor line. I have witnessed the pharmacist at this location argue with sick patients who are politely asking why they're prescriptions are still not ready. It's a funny that the C V S logo is a heart. He is incredibly rude and heartless. He does not care if people suffer f8tal consequences as a result of his carelessness.

I went to the CVS to look for some vitamins, and the vitamins was in the wrong place, with the wrong price. Misleading the customer, which is not fair business practices. I asked the manager Syed, about it,and he said, it was my fault , for the item that was in the wrong place. It is not the customer fault, for him having an unorganized store, they do not have employees, doing proper inventory ?

This is the second time I went for a simple cough prescription p-u (called in by the doctor). It wasn't ready when we arrived. The clerk at the P-U window said it'll only take a few minutes, but I must've taken 45 min.. (My husband drove me so he's also waiting). It's the same girl last time; was not courteous or friendly at all! (I noticed the staff standing and chatting with each other). When I asked her a question, she just ignored me. She didn't tell me my prescription was ready, until I went up at the desk even though she saw me there waiting for so long. They should know that people coming to pick up are not well. And when I was ready to pay, she left me and chat with the other clerk.(?) I had to check myself out with my card, until another girl came later. Poor service.....

Rude pharmacy staff. I asked a quick question and the staff member closed the gate in my face saying “I’m going on my lunch break”.

Please read the reviews! All are accurate and you should avoid this Pharmacy! I’ve had multiple challenges trying to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner, and extremely rude service from the attendees, and also the pharmacist.
I had an attendant told me tell me that two people cannot get their prescription filled in the same vehicle. The next week I drove up and I was able to pick up two separate prescriptions. The rules are inconsistent.
I’ve literally had pharmacists raise their voices to me and tell me to come back after their lunch break even though the 30 minute window has not started - but they had already cranked down the metal partition.
When you call you are left on hold for countless amounts of time. There have been multiple times where the app has told me a prescription is ready only to arrive and for the Pharmacist to tell me they are “backed up” and to come back at another time. The level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service should not be tolerated.
Anyone reading this should take their complaint not to the store manage, but to the DISTRICT MANAGER. This is the only way to ensure that true change occurs at this location. Customers deserve better than this!

This has got to be the worst CVS in all of Maryland . I have never once been able to pick up a prescription without some sort or delay whether it's an extremely long line because they're never staffed or taking forever to fill the prescription without letting you know of the delay. Does this store not understand that most prescriptions are needed as soon as possible. It should be against the law to run a pharmacy in this manner. Treating people's medications with such unimportance. And don't even think about getting someone to answer the phone. Please revamp this location and get more staffing asap or shut it down.

This location is good for knowing what you want, getting it, and leaving. The pharmacy is horrible and understaffed, but I won't complain too much because that is the case everywhere. Just pack your patience and prepare to wait.

In preparation of an upcoming event where people from across the nation were coming, I wanted to prep myself and get some OTC medications that would combat some bugs that might be tagging along. I had one day to do this as I was nearing the deadline for arrivals. Being in the Laurel area I decided to stop here first in hopes of grabbing everything I needed. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot and saw how many vehicles were there and how hard it was to navigate, I should have headed elsewhere. I didn't follow my gut feeling and went inside. It took me a while to browse the shelves to find the appropriate aisle I needed. I did find one medication on the shelf right away. The others were behind the pharmacy counter. I only found this out after going into the aisle that was packed with people waiting to pick up medications to grab the cards for the items I needed. I diligently stood in that line, waiting my turn. This line moved slower than lava approaching the shoreline. I stood there and noticed that the one pharmacy tech had two registers open to deal with the line of customers. Minding my own business, clinching my jaw, listening to the worsening, under-their-breath, comments from the person behind me, I was finally at the register. I handed over the two cards to the lady to grab from behind the counter and waited. She went to the area where they should have been and shouted from there to me that they didn't have it. I had grabbed the store brand card and asked if they had the name brand. Another shout, no. Then they asked me if I wanted something that wasn't even what I was looking for. I politely declined. When the pharmacy tech approached me she again told me they didn't have it. I know, I was here as well as the twenty other customers. She then told me that I could go next door to their competitor to see if they had it. She joked about how they didn't have it and was making light of the fact that I just stood in this line for about a half hour to not receive what I wanted. Her response was something along the lines of, oh well, not my fault. I then said to her, the least you could do is remove the cards from the shelf so people don't stand here in hopes of fulfilling their need to be told it's not available. Simple, and I wouldn't have wasted my time, nearly an hour at that point in this store. Needless to say. I made my way outside with the one item they did have and headed towards their competitor.
