I was there for a few minutes and a lady didn't want to take my line payment because she didn't want to be left without a single and the same thing happened to my sister. I drove 15 minutes for her to tell us like this. I've been with Criker for years but I'm going to change. Bad customer service.

The Ladies were very courteous. However, the issue with my Device (Voicemail) couldn't be re-established. Apparently, the system is constantly down and therefore I can't receive voice mails. I would like to have a Device that is fully functional, not partial. Yes, I'm old school and utilize this service. Please help!

POOR SERVICE 3 WEEKS I WAS THERE TO PURCHASE A PHONE& CASE THE PERSON WHO WAITED ME WAS INDEED THE WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I EVER MET " WITH THE COVID-19 U WOULD THINK CRICKET WORKERS WOULD BE FLOWING THE CDC GUIDE LINES ....SHE WAS WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHO PHONE & CASE WAS DIRTY , SHE NEVER USED ANY HAND SANITIZER @ WHAT POINT PEOPLE WHO SERVINGS THE PUBLIC WOULD UNDERSTAND COVID-19 IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. ......I TOLD HER YOU HAVE A WASH OR SANITIZER YOUR HANDS " BEFORE TOUCHING MY PHONE.....NO HAND SANITIZER IS VISIBLE OR HAND WIPES # UNCLEAN COUNTER "# UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE......FYI BE SAFE AND PROTECT YOURSELF WITH YOUR ON HAND WIPES AND SANITIZER, BEFORE VISITING THIS LOCATION......GO ELSE WERE.....UNBELIEVABLE.
