The Caton Auto Body Shop completed my repairs in a timely and professional manner. I received many compliments on the finish of the car. Many people remarked that it resembled a brand new car. I was able to communicate with Billy and he gave me a complete breakdown of the repairs. Yes, I will recommend Caton to others.

Very friendly but work is not good quality. Received my vehicle back and they did not repair the bumper. Gloss was added to make it seem like it was, but job was not completed fully.

I am beyond dissatisfied with my service. I was convinced to trust them given their high reviews but their service is far from deserving of such rating. I was told on multiple occasions that my car would be ready to pick up at a specific time and they continued to delay the time everyday rhat i confirmed. In addition to waiting 22 days for my car’s services they rescheduled 5 times to pick up my car. They were very inconsiderate of my need of my car, insomuch that they would continuously ask why I called so often about my car (which doesn’t make sense because if I was rescheduled so often why would I not). In addition to this service, my car seems to have come back with more problems. God forbid I ever take my car to such a mechanic. I would very much become a mechanic and fix my own car before bringing it to them.Services: Tires

I took my car to this shop on 11/23/2021 for a minor body work and also to readjust the collusion warning sensor that was dislodged. While the car was at the shop I got a notification on my phone that the parking assist sensor is now faulty. Which I immediately notified the shop. I was told that they had to disconnect it while removing the grill infront of the car. I was reassured that the parking sensor was fine. Upon picking up the car, I found out that the sensor was not working. Mind you the parking sensor had no issues prior to taking the car to this shop.. Caton auto body claimed nothing was wrong and he advised me to take the car to the dealership to possibly reprogram the sensor. After diagnostic test they said the parking sensor was broken and it cost me $674 including labor to fix. I kept updating the Caton auto body, was told that the dealership probably made it up in order to collect money from me. I called and spoke with Caton auto shop regarding the money that I paid to fix they issue they cost me. He said it's not their fault and asked if I could prove that they broke the sensor. I asked to speak with the manager and I called daily. Never got a chance to speak the with manager and he or she never returned my call. Based on this I would not advise anybody to take there car to this shop as they would not take responsibility for their mistakes or try to fix the issue they created!!!. Very unprofessional You are warned

Rear door on my 2017 Altima would not open.Took it several places and they couldn’t get itopen. The shop manager looked at it, had meleave it 1 day and solved the problem for lessthan half of what the shops that couldn’t fix it hadquoted me.Service: Body & Trim
