Horrible horrible experience stay away from this dealership I was looking around for cars. The sales person was really rude with me. I was just looking cars and he told me that if I was not going to buy, I should leave when I was going to buy, but with that poor attitude, I never want to return there, they need new employees they are really rude They do not want to work. They are lazy and they are horrible.

Signed in and they said someone will see me in a few minutes. I walked around and looked at cars for an hour and no one helped me out. Such a sucky experience got no service whatsoever.

My sales person Abu was excellent. The fact I wasn't given actuall tags is unacceptable. I was given a peice of paper taped to the back window that expired in 14 days. It is now the 13th day and I have been trying to contact them to figure out what to do for the past 2 hours. Any extension I try rings for five minutes and hangs up on me. At this point I will likely be returning the vihicle. I will never buy another car from this POS company..

Went today to look at cars. Walked around the lot, picked 3 to test drive. Went inside and a man at the front desk took our name and number for the waiting list at 2:35pm. He said it would be 10-15 min. It was pretty empty… lots of people working there but only one other customer waiting for a test drive. It’s 4:55 and I still haven’t received a call or text. Guess they don’t want my business ?♀️

OMG, it was AMAZING. First car I ever sold to CarMax. I usually just trade in but I probably won't do that again. I was running late clearing out the car and I was able to change the appointment to later without issue. Everything went smooth and pretty fast. I had check in hand in about 30-45 min and I was able to mobile deposit it before I left. They even gave me $1,000 MORE than the estimate ... who does that? I had just assumed it would be less. CarMax's no haggle model is LEGIT! I will 100% always go to CarMax first before thinking about trading in a car. PS: Tesla's trade in value was $2,800 less than what Carmax gave me; with the MD tax incentive of 6%; I made the equivalent of $1,804 more selling to CarMax vs trading in to Tesla.

I have been to every dealership and have bought many cars. This by far has been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I have to shout out our salesman Claude. An absolute wonderful experience! Ask for him if you can! Next time I need a car, I pray Claude is still there. Give that man a raise RIGHT NOW!!! Thanks Claude!

Bought a vehicle from here in 2018. It was a Honda civic 2015… everything went well but when they sold me the vehicle the guy who installed my license plates for me didn’t recognize there were two plates for some reason and he ended up screwing both plates onto the back of my car. I work in dc so dc laws state that your vehicle must have two plates and so I got parking tickets with an additional $200 added to them due to not having the front plate. When I contacted carmax and told them this is how I received the car they told
Me that they would never sell me a car missing a front license and don’t bother coming down to inspect the situation because my plate must have been stolen. Once I finally fixed everything and received new plates due to the fear that my front plate must have been stolen and I didn’t notice… I saw that it was installed by someone working at carmax wrong and both plates were there the entire time. I’m out of 2000 to the state of dc because of this simple error.

I cant do business with car max .to test drive a vehicle you have to pay a shipping fee and if you don't like the way it drives you just lose your money and no haggle is just the new way to not help you with the deal.. I will just take my money to a different dealership that wants my business

I called to the service for change oil they said after 10 days we will schedule you, if I wait till that schedule date, my engine will die forever she was so rude she don’t know how behaviour with customer I don’t like this place

I have been trying to reach Laurels business office for hours. Was told I would receive a callback… no call back ever happened… called back reach someone named Iesha and was hung up on!!! I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this place again ! I was calling to get my maxcare checked into as my current vehicle is totaled !! No help! & to think I was going to go back there to purchase my next vehicle ! I will not !!!!

Would not recommend. Not only was my roommate given the runaround on getting their car signed off on/released by the representative we met with, but I (their ride out there & this present for the exchange) was also repeatedly misgendered by the aforementioned representative.
Not only that, but the representative continually tried to up-sell them on superfluous add-ons, features, & plans they didn't even ask for in their initial filing.
