By far the best auto related experience I've ever had. I was in a rough situation and needed some body work done on my car and I am so happy I found this shop. Bob and his team had a great turnaround time, did excellent work, and did it all at a reasonable price. He takes great care of his customers and I really couldn't recommend him more.

Bob has been fixing our family vehicles for many years. I am very particular about my cars, and Carbody Collision is the "only" shop that I would trust to fix them properly. Bob is great to work with, and has excellent attention to detail. I have referred many people to Carbody over the years, and they always have a good experience, and great feedback. The man at the front quoted me over $700 to repair a small scratch (with some rust) on the side of my car. He even went into detail about having to remove certain parts of the car in order to repair the scratch which made absolutely no sense. Just another auto body shop trying to take advantage, most likely because I’m a woman. I went to another shop and they quoted me $400, which is much more reasonable. Don’t come here unless you want to be overcharged and lied to. Glad I dodged a bullet.

I was using my sisters car while in town and I was hit in a parking lot. I ended up at Carbody Collision Center. They understood my situation and repaired it in 1 day. My sister can not even tell me where the damage was. Thank you Bob and crew you guys rock.

Reliable, honest, straight forward, customer centric shop. There are plenty of businesses on the route 1 and after browsing around i took my car to Carbody Collision Center. I was nervous as many of us would be for the fear of unknown but the staff was very nice and looked at the car. Gave the estimate repair cost and time. For me time was essential because I heard many body shops take the job and then they just keep adding on time. But the 5 star rating is because they were very transparent with me throughout the process, got the car in time and it looks great. If you are looking for someone to really take good care of your car, this is the place.Good luck!

If you want to go to a place you can trust with amazing customer service AND won’t charge you an arm and a leg this is the place to go. Bob is so nice. I’ve taken my car to him three times so far and each time I know my car is in great hands and it comes back sparkling. You never would have even know there was an issue. Great guys, great shop. I cannot recommend this place more!

This is the second time I've worked with Carbody Collision Center. Carbody replaced my fender and fender trim and painted it to match the rest of the vehicle. The work was done as advertised and on time.Bob takes great care of his customers and his staff do excellent work. Bob/Carbody Collision Ctr. saved me money & got my vehicle back to me in the time promised. Which is all great things, especially since I paid out of pocket! They did everything discussed on the estimate. Bob kept me informed through the process & didn't mind explaining things. I would definitely use Carbody Collision Ctr. again. Oh & I believe Bob was honest with me. Something that you don't find too often in the industry. Last thing, they returned my vehicle back to me cleaner than I gave it to them! I have (unfortunately) had to use Carbody Collision Center in Laurel, Maryland numerous times for my vehicle as well as friends and family. Bob and his staff are absolutely awesome. Great work. Great customer service. Always goes the extra mile and then some. Do not hesitate to have your body work and repairs done here. I don't recall ever recommending a body shop to so many people. 10 Stars!!
