The people who work here are cool, no problems with them. However, the cars are absolutely garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They sold my fiancé a lemon of a car “stated it went through a 192 point inspection” let me tell you, there’s no way this car passed. The transmission went out within 2 months, the audio system just failed, breaks needed to be changed as soon as we got the car. To top off our experience, after we got the car, when we’re thinking about returning it, within the time frame allowed, the business closed that particular location. Save yourself the trouble and headaches, go somewhere with a longer and more reputable track record.

I bought a 2020 Audi Q5 six days ago. On my test drive, it was very smooth, no hick-ups at all. I was pleased with my experience in the dealership and felt the price was fair. But, as soon as I drove off, not even one mile off the lot, after I purchased the vehicle, the oil light came on. Then, the brakes started grinding. This was all on the way home… so, I set up an appointment with an Audi dealership for a complimentary safety inspection (and to get an open recall remedied). After a thorough inspection, the mechanic at Audi told me the brakes were extremely rusted and worn and the brake pads and rotor need to be replaced. The cost of this is $1779. They also said it was “shady” to have the oil light turn on right after buying the car.I am disappointed that at Echo Park this car “passed” the safety inspection with rusted and worn brake pads. This is a safety issue more than anything. They sold me a car with bad brakes and needing an oil change immediately. After spending a lot of money on this car, the least they could do is ensure the safety of the vehicle and customer.

Please STAY AWAY from this place! Wanna-be CARMAX but unprofessional ‘bait and switch’ con artists who treat their customers quite insultingly. This company needs to invest in training their employees in customer service. Rude and disrespectful customer service. Went in to trade in the car with an appointment and a written offer. Their ‘buyer’ offered $3K lower - true to their tagline but didn’t know it was for lowballing their customers 3K lower! So we wanted to have a conversation since we had written offer, but was told by their service rep who refused to share his name (picture attached) that we are a ‘distraction’ for them and ‘harassing them’ and said that ‘“we should get back in our car and go back on 66” Didn’t realize their business is only for MD Laurel people and Virginia people shouldn’t bother take their business to this shop.. He told me to get off their “ private property” and opened door for me to get out. Please note I was only female there and all employees were males and while this guy was making these racial comments, the other customer reps were laughing. If they treat their lady customer like this, wonder how they treat rest of customers. Please stay with professional CARMAX, it was a mistake to waste my time and peace of mind at this place where they need to spend some budget hiring and training.for customer service.

What a delightful and warm experience purchasing my first vehicle. Jeremy really made this experience seamless. He truly leads a great sales team at the Laurel location. I worked directly with Marcelo who was amazing! He was informative and willing answer all of my questions. I highly recommend working with them to get your purchase together.

The store manager Jeremy got me out the way! With world class customer service and a compassionate tone, he got me in a new car! As a first time car buyer, post college , I was anxious about the whole process. He took his time and explained everything to me, from my credit score to the car options. He literally went line by line and showed me what i was getting. This is what caring and passion for human experiences looks like ! His customer service style shows exactly why he’s the man in charge! If you are going to get a new car , first, go to ECHOPARK, two ask for Jeremy.Sincerely , A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Honest, helpful, zero pressure, no haggling. When I walked in and described what I was looking for they immediately found a few options on the computer, told me where they were and let me browse at my own pace. Their business model of salary instead of commission makes them the exact opposite of the aggressive sales culture the auto sales industry is known for. Buying a car here is as relaxing as buying a toaster.

I was initially drawn to EchoPark after seeing their high quality cars, best prices in the area, and knowing their employees are paid on salary (not based on sales), which made me feel at ease working with them. After today, I was very impressed by my experience with Joel Vittori & Marcelo Molina. They honestly answered all of my questions in a timely manner, stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule, and made the experience as easy as possible for a first time car buyer. I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

My husband and I purchased our Ford F-150 here and it was an amazing experience. Jerisa our customer experiences specialist provided a relaxing and stress-free experience from the moment we entered. My husband found and test drove the truck he wanted. We applied for financing and the entire process took a short amount of time. Our truck was located at another location so we had to wait a bit for the transfer. The communication throughout was clear and we felt no pressure. It was really one of the best and most transparent car buying processes that I've experienced. Echo Park has a wide variety of selections for vehicles. I love the waiting and customer service areas. There's coffee, tea and snacks for guests. The facility is immaculately clean and the set up is very welcoming. One note, the cars are mostly inside the warehouse so if you drive up don't be alarmed if you don't see many vehicles outside. There's a huge indoor warehouse with the display of vehicles. Also, there's multiple locations so you if you don't see the vehicle you want onsite check the surrounding locations and you can arrange a transfer. Overall great experience and I would recommend this dealer to other!

Me and my husband came to only see a car that he loved. We were welcomed by Teddy who walked us through the whole process on getting the car and walked out with a car today. Definitely our best experience at a dealer, the finance expert also helped us get the best rates and best quote. Overall great experience. If you want to purchase a car, come give this place a try.
