My original appointment was during the tornado/thunderstorm watch and they easily rescheduled me for the following day. The service was very quick and well done. “Just got our front passenger window replaced after ours was shattered. Service was quick and the guy who did it was nice. He got all the old glass out the window so we don't hear any pieces still in there with the new one.

Prices were lower than other companies, which we appreciated. Also, it was quick to get it scheduled. They were able to come out the same day we called.

Only complaint was that we were quoted a time but he didn't come out until 2-3 hours after that timeframe. After he missed the quoted timeframe we had to reach out and ask for an update. It would've been nice for them to reach out to us when they figured he couldn't make the timeframe quoted to us. We were given another time but then got a call to say he would need an extra hour or 2 after that. We appreciated that call. They just need to work on the schedule and realistically setting appointments. Good thing we didn't have anywhere to go.”
