I have no issues when coming into the branch. I'll just add that I've had some instances where the ATMs eat my cash, or counts the incorrect amount. It's a little frustrating when you don't know which way the ATMs will go/work. However, their customer service is excellent. Another note, it's a busy location as well. There is always a line whenever I have to go in but I don't think the wait is extremely long when having to go to a teller. I haven't had the need to go to a banker yet, so I can't give a real review on how long the wait is to be attended by a banker. Overall, it's still a decent location.

This bank usually provides quick and dependable teller service for check deposits. Today on Friday, 5/19/23, the female teller was extremely slow in helping me with depositing my checks. She studied my license and compared it to every check. This is thorough, but the speed needs to pick up, not at a leisurely, casual pace! It was not crowded. Management should train tellers that timing is important for customer service.

Sat for over half hour for a basic notary public. Had to leave without. Been a customer for over 20 years.Very disappointing.

I've been banking with capital one for many years now and I usually do not go inside to cash a check, but today I did because I did not want to wait for the mobile deposit. I went inside to cash the check and the lady that was supposed to do this service for me asked me have I banked here before which if I didn't I wouldn't have went in there in the first place. I gave her the check and she tells me I can't cash the check, she does not give me a reason at all. This is the first time I've ever gone through this before with them I don't know if its discrimination or what, but not wanting to cash my check and not giving me a reason screams it to me!

i wand to give negative star..... but no option there..... the laurel MD location .. don't go to that location..i asked before i waited in line try to trade twenty dollar bills for 100 dollar bills finally my turn the person at the counter said we don't do that here. just rude after i've waited for a good while now i am thinking about closing my bank there .. after 30 + years... thinking hard about it right now

THE NEW CHASE BANK LAUREL MD LOCATION IS AWESOME! I TRULY ENJOYED MY EXPERIENCE WITH LUANA TODAY 10/14/2021. LUANA ANSWERED MY CALL EXACTLY 1 MINUTE TO CLOSING. SHE IS AN EXCEPTIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, GENUINELY EMPATHETIC AND PATIENT PERSON. I MYSELF HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS VIA TELEPHONE FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW, AND I COULD HEAR HER QUALITIES IN HER VOICE IMMEDIATELY! SHE INFORMED ME THAT THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN OPEN FOR JUST 2 WEEKS. HER SKILLSET IS INTRINSIC MEANING SHE IS NATURALLY INCLINED AND MORE THAN CAPABLE OF HANDLING THE COMPLEXITIES OF A CONFUSED CUSTOMER JUST NEEDING A SENSE OF DIRECTION AND CLARIFICATION ABOUT A NEWLY OPENED ACCOUNT. I came into bank on my lunch break , for a notary to notarize my documents . I waited over 20 minutes, still no one provided me with an update on how much longer I will be waiting . I am now due to return to work and I have her to receive any assistance

They discriminate alot here, their Manager Twene Samuel already judged me even though he doesnt know me. This branch treated me like a suspect just because i wanted to open a business account.
