never received the product or a response to all my e-mails to this seller. do not buy from this seller. now I have to try to get a refund, if not I just lost 300 dollars...

These guys are complete scammers. I bought a refurbished laptop through them. I received what looked like something found in a trash dumpster. Tried contacting them for return, but they refused to answer emails. Had to do charge back through credit card to get refund. Total scammers.
