One of the worst stores I have been to. Had a return and there is no dedicated customer service or customer care cashier to do that. Was referred to long, long line for customers checking out. Just a waste of time.

Arrived at 11:40 simply to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers and the doors were locked. Employees walking right by me without even acknowledgement. I had to call 3 times to get Lila the manager on the phone who said they were closed although the sign says 12am. I even offered my phone to just grab my package. I only needed to get to the locker. Maybe change the hours posted.

If you’re wanting to run a quick errand or take a quick look, this store is not for you. As a Burlington lover, this is the worst store I’ve been in. I went in the store to grab ONE thing. The lines are wrapped around the store like it’s black friday, always. You would think the cashiers would be swift to get the line down. But there is no urgency. After 30 minutes of waiting, what it seems to be a manager came to help open another line, and she’s flying through the customers. The workers don’t typically care. There is no overall urgency. Waited over 40 minutes just to leave before I got to the front because it was not worth the additional time. Just ridiculous! I give 2 stars because I like the selections, but this store, is just a NO!

Standing in line like a dummy for 30 minutes. There is just 2 cashiers and then one of them just stops taking people and the line is wrapped around like it always is. Can you guys please care more about getting people thru the lines faster. Over doing closings duties we want to go home too.
