Pricing, vehicle accessibility and quality of choices. The young lady at the rental location was extremely professional and nice! I would not hesitate using this Laurel location in the future.

I've always have a good experience at the Laurel location. The lovely lady who runs that location is the best. If they don't have the vehicle I asked for, I'll get an upgrade for free. Only down side is they don't have the night drop off.
