Pump wouldn’t work but kept funds to be used by the next person. Rude and disrespectful attendant .

Worst gas station ever. Poorly maintained and always out of diesel. Credit card payment slots always broken. Will never use BP. Going to Royal Farms!!!!

Gas Station has fallen off over the past year or so. Pumps are always broken, the touch pay on the pumps always declines payment while inserting your card works sometimes. Ask the attendant about the constant issues they'll ignore you like you didnt just ask them a question. Don't know what has happened for the decline but it's a glaring issue. Only saving grace is the prices compared to the other local stations but it's a hassle every time you come lately.

Major overhaul needed at this location. The service attendants need to be sent out on a retreat for customer service training as well as for functionality training. The pump stations always have something wrong going on either physically or electronically. There was a new system install recently and none of the pump stations were working at the outside terminals. Tons of customers were reporting this to the attendants, but none of the attendants took action to place signs over all the pump stations. A simple temporary sign stating to complete your transaction inside, would have been a big help. They have temporary signs for every other issue going on out on the pump stations. If this location had a voice, it would be screaming to the heavens: "BP....HELP MEE! Send help...PLEASE!"

This is one of the worst gas stations I know but today I was a little on the desperate side. My gas light wasn't on but I needed to be on a meeting in 20 mins and this was in route, so that I didn't have to stop later. This station is very secluded/sketchy. Out of the 8 pumps, 3 were inoperable. Their practices here are very shady in gas prices. I've been there where I literally see the prices changing on the electronic board. Like really? The attendant is super dee duper(in my grandson's voice) rude. If you go inside, there's a sign at the window that you can't pay with cash app. They are afraid someone will beat them... get a load of that! If you ever need to stop there, always scan the lot and keep your eyes open. No menu food items are sold here, just snacks.

They cheating people out of their money, the African attendees are very disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone in Laurel to use this fuel station.

80% of the pumps are usually broken. Cars usually block the remaining pumps, as there always seems to be more cars than customers at this BP.

I had rewards points from Harris Teeter, which made it worthwhile. The pump could not read my charge card, so I had to wait for a cashier.

Complicated digital control pads on pump took 10 minutes to figure out. Manager was inside station behind glass window overseeing payments and the BP (British Petroleum) mini-convenience store. I asked him if I could use the restroom. Since he was wearing a face mask and had a foreign accent, it took me 5 minutes of attempted conversation to figure out that his "no" answer was because there was a woman in the small toilet room already. I gathered that when she came out of it. The restroom was very clean, and the manager explained that he wanted it kept that way. He added that I looked okay, and that he hated the filthy mess some people left. I was just very happy to be allowed to use the facility.

Horrible crime. Wife was attacked and purse stolen. No cameras and no one cared. Police said it happens all the time.

Gas prices are reasonable and I prefer the BP brand. However, the air machine there is BROKEN, and took air out of my tires, instead of putting air in. I wasted $3.00 (two attempts), trying to inflate my two tires. I had to go to a different station.
