Any review left that does not say they are scammers is fake. Tried to sell my wife a refurbished phone for a new phones promotion. Lied and tried to save himself when caught in the lie. Scammers and thieves.
Filed a complaint with the FTC and attached proof of misleading and fraud. Even have 4 others with receipts and date logs as well from same store who were raided and had to go to other locations to get things fixed or done correctly.
Website says moto g stylo new line $50. Guy in store says no it’s $150 and it’s on their website not the main boost website.
For proof I attached two pictures. Both of the website for this particular boost store ( Yes, I’m sure. It’s different than the main boost site. For further reference it has the local address all over the site and included in one of the pictures. Thieves and knowingly false advertising

Everytime I give them my card info over the phone my card gets fraudulent charges on it within an hour. Don't give them your card info only the automated system is safe or go in the store and pay.

Boost Mobile is the best mobile company I have ever used Very friendly staff and fair on prices for phones. Staff really goes above and beyond for a customers. I highly recommend them and I have been with them several years now. Same monthly payments. Never goes up.

Good attention. The only bad thing is that the hours on the website say that they close at 8 p.m. and the store closes at 7 p.m. A waste of time for the client.

DO NOT use this company. Its a scam. They flat-out lied to me and told me my plan was 35 dollars per month. When I went to pay the next month, I was told it would be 70 dollars because of some "computer error when entering". They said it was AT&T's fault. AT&T said it was their fault. 3 months and no one was able to get my payments to the correct 35 dollar amount. Its a hustle. I disconnected my phone. Not paying double what I agreed to.

We were scammed by Michael Martinez, the associate whom handled our phone service change from metro pcs to boost, in December 2021. We asked specifically for the $35 plan- simple request and clear!The associate activated our service under the $67 plan and it included insurance of $7! Sadly this was recognized on our behalf weeks later after activating service. We paid $ 100 to activate our service yet “we switched to boost mobile”- the associate charged us as he wanted and not how we asked. Be cautious when u request any service at this location. Ask questions and ALWAYS REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT AND KEEP IT IN YOUR RECORDS. We had to go thru hoops to get this issue corrected.
