Do not sign up for State Farm. In my opinion it has become the worst insurance carrier in North America. The claims process is nearly none existent. It takes an adjuster months to return your call as counsel, and then they assign cases to lawyers who do not bring adjusters to settlement conferences. Do not sign up!

All of the receptionist are WONDERFUL. They answer every question and they legit are the nicest people. They will spend however long needed to answer questions. They are the cheapest around and we LOVE THEM!!!!

during this strange time i did not know what to expect when calling about our claim,.. Lindsey was polite, smart, and most of all patient.Bob is my parents insurance guy, as well as being mine and my family's.it has been a very long relationship and it has always been one of decency and understanding.thank you all for everything.
