I can see why the reviews are so low. We don't have much of an option in laurel. I bought a pair of pants and asked how much the woman said 24 never said anything but 24 I guess she gives me a receipt with a different number on it but since I'm not paying right then and there I didn't look at it well she managed to double the price saying they were add-ons that she didn't disclose. Claims I complain every time no I don't because I asked the price before I come now if the workmanship is not up to par yes I am going to complain. This is the last time I come here I don't choose to be cheated

I recently entrusted Big Top Cleaners with a garment, influenced by their "same-day service" claim on their window. To my disappointment, more than a day passed and my item was untouched. The mismatch between their advertised promise and the real turnaround time was frustrating. It's one thing to have a delay, but quite another to not live up to the services you prominently promote. I would advise potential customers to approach with caution and clarify timelines before committing. It's crucial for businesses to be transparent and consistent in their service delivery. I hope others have a clearer picture before making a choice.

Their work is FLAWLESSYes it's more expensive than zips, but zips doesn't get ur clothes clean and constantly "mess up" my clothes..Service: Standard cleaning

After many years as a dedicated customer, with no negeative incident, Big Top ruined a very expensive outfit of mine. The manner in which they treated me when I brought this to their attention was awful. The young lady who manages the business refused to return my calls and was never there when I stopped by, essentially dodging me while leaving messages with the staff there that she was working on rebeading the fabric.Mistakes will be made but it’s the manner in which you respond that demonstrates your integrity and respect for your customers. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. I tried to work with them but at the end of the day, I took my business elsewhere.

No Stars!!! They don’t know how to remove Ring Around the collar. I guess you can say they did not learn “The ancient Chinese secret.” Lol. They refused my request for a refund, redo, and told me it’s my responsibility to pretreat. First time experience with that. SMH???

My shirts were not very clean. I wash my own cotton blend shirts and have noticed that the shirts that I wash at home are much cleaner and have no stains around the collars. I will now wash all my shirts at home. OxiClean really works!
