I was able to buy online and get an installation appointment within the next hour. They replaced the battery in less than 15 minutes, saving me time (and saving my back - car batteries are heavy!). My vehicle takes a slightly uncommon battery; they had it in stock and it was highly rated in CR. The person I interacted with at the store was friendly, polite, and efficient. Great experience!!!

Been there about 5 times. Very inconsistent, the front desk associate is always high on something. They never have any parts to replace a key fob. I repeat do NOT waste your time or money for service there. They need to do a serious commissioning on that place. Period.

Thank goodness for this place. The gentleman behind the desk helped us find a replacement bulb for a very old lamp. Most hardware stores can’t help with that kind of thing anymore.

Went into the store to get an ac adapter. I brought a printout of the product I found online. The front employee was immediately rude.
She went over to get the product from the shelf. I went with her. She turned around and went back to the counter, leaving me to find the battery myself
Ordered and left
Realized it was not the correct ac adapter. Came back to the store within an hour and a different employee

The guy was asleep, seemed to be under the influence of something, and told me he can’t replace watch batteries in “name brand” watches. Can’t find this policy anywhere online, so it seems he just didn’t want to move from his napping location.

I just placed an order from one of your stores in Laurel, MD for an item listed in stock. The order was not in stock. When I called, the representative at the store was rude and pushy and was combative on basic questions. I asked some basic clarification questions such as alternative options, and was spoken down to in a condescending manner and rude tone. I was polite, not rude, nor upset the item was incorrectly listed on your website. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism.

Store is clean and tidy and well stocked. Manager and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to test my old car battery in minutes and replace it in a just a few minutes more. Why would I go anyplace else.

I have been here several times over the last couple years and every time I have gone, the price has increased every time. $This time; 14.00 for a key fob button battery that on Amazon sells for $3 for 2 of them. I hate getting ripped off, that's why I am writing this. I wouldn't mind say $8.50 or something........... but $14 - WTF!!!I'm done with this joint, getting batteries elsewhere from now on. Also, I have about 20 watches and used to go here for replacement batteries, but that's about $15 and I said I was done last time I went for that. So, I swear..... I'M DONE with this store/franchise. I never see reasonable prices coming back to this store. Buh -Bye.....

I suspected the battery in my car was malfunctioning so I stopped by here. Had to give the 2 gentlemen kudos for assisting me (younger guy and his older manager), they assisted me with no issue and basically told me what I needed to do. Had to give a good referral because I had a bad experience at another location the night before trying to diagnose my car.

The women working the evening shift on Sundays is just horrible. Purchased a battery at around 4:15pm. Her attitude was horrendous. Was told that the store closes at 5pm so they couldn’t install the battery I purchased. My wife went to ask if we could borrow the tool to install the battery ourselves. She said to her colleague “ you’re not going to install it are you?Very horrible customer service experience. Luckily I was able to go the Rockville store and received 10000% better service.

Just what is needed in Laurel! Don't let the name fool you. Although there are batteries here (many more types than found in a regular store), there are also other charging products, bulbs, and even flashlights available! The store staff are very knowledgeable, and this makes for a great experience every time.
