They were great. They said it may take two days, but it only took one day. I’m not sure if I’m happy that I went with the shower curtain rather than the door I kind of felt I was talked out of the door by my sales people.

Had a tub to shower install. Done in one day as promised !! John is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I love the new shower and I am so happy I chose Bath Fitter ??

My experience with Aaron M. was great from start to finish. The staircase was protected and he closed the door where he was working so no dust spread around the house. Aaron did a excellent job in explaining the dos and don'ts. I am very happy for a successful job without ant problems.

I've used Bath Fitter a number of times over the years and each time, they did an outstanding job. This last time was no different, but my installer worked a very long day and did a perfect installation. His name was D. Nenu and I recommend him if you have any work to be done by Bath Fitter. Great job by Mr. D. Nenu.

The person that did the install was awesome! The customer is told the installer will arrive between 7:30 and 9:30. The man arrived at 7:30 and gone both days by 2! EVERYTHING he did was neat, clean, and always courteous! There was nothing he missed. No mess, no dust, all questions answered! Just wonderful!! Just one problem, while we asked for a rush on the install and it was written on the contract, it still was 10 weeks before it was installed! That was probably the only complaint. We asked for an earlier install since my husband had not had a shower since the end of January. The contract was done Easter week, and the install was 10 weeks later! Ugh!!

I can’t say enough about Bath Fitters! I was so impressed from the moment I made the call. I actually spoke to a human and the sales representative (Nelson) was so informative and kind! Our installation(Ed) was quick, seamless and beautiful. I wish we had gotten this done sooner. I highly recommend Bath Fitters.

The installation went smoothly. The installer was very polite & professional. After a thorough inspection, I couldn't? find any mistakes; not one thing to complain about. I love my new BATH FITTER tub/shower install.
