Came in very frustrated and overwhelmed. Ghoury swiftly was able to assist me and got to the bottom of my car issue then explained it clearly as I am a novice car driver. Appreciated his kindness and clear explanation.

Stood around for ten minutes asking two of the three employees not doing anything for help. Kept getting told someone would come help and then they’d walk away. Eventually just walked out and went to Advanced down the road.

Didn’t have the part in stock but the counter man was polite and helpful. They offered to get the part by the afternoon but I just visited a different location. Staff was helpful

I purchased a battery a while ago but added a warranty with it. My battery went dead, and they replaced it with no issues or questions

I asked the front desk for help with finding a washer nut because I thought I may have overlooked the item and couldn't find it. All I needed was an employee or manager to come make sure I was not just totally missing the nut I needed because the rack was crowded with nuts and screws. I was told what section it was in that I already knew. Then, I was told to basically find it myself. If they have what I'm looking for, I guess I couldn't find it. Never want to return here, but it's my neighborhood store, unfortunately.

I like that they have self checkout now.
I have 5 stars because they were well staffed and had self checkout. One of the guys there was new and I hope we gets better.
One other guy was real cool. Like he was chill.
One other guy walked me through using the self check out. He was coddling me through the process but it's ok.

This place has a lot of thieves acting as “customer” I’ll suggest autozone to get it together before they get to close the store. This is the store that makes lots of money, but with short staff it makes it easy for people to just come in when is busy and steal. Get it together autozone if you want to GET IN THE ZONE!

Very friendly staff. The guy took care of my concerns and explained everything that was needed. They had the part and even recommended where I could go for the repairs. This was actually my best experience at any AutoZone. The team definitely works well together!!!

I came to this location for some car wipers and the customer service was awful. The cashier I asked for help told me I should go find it myself and referred me to Walmart. Maybe he thinks he was helping me by referring but I have no time to waste and he was very rude when I asked for help finding what I needed. I told him never mind and he didn’t even care just yelled next in line.

"At this point, they seem to be hiring anyone... I came in to get my battery charged, and the guy who helped me didn't even know how to open my hood when I popped it for him! Once the hood was up, he asked me where my battery was located (he couldn't find it on his own, SMH). Then, he told me he couldn't remove my car battery without removing a panel connected to my window wipers (ridiculous!). Maybe he thought he could tell me anything because I'm a woman (lol, ludicrous!). AutoZone, please hire more knowledgeable people - we take our car care seriously. Thanks."
