I know this place has had a fair number of negative reviews, however my experience with picking up a vehicle was fine. I did notice that the hours posted on site are different than what is listed here. I would recommend fixing the incorrect one.

They are scammers, they towed my car and they didn't want to give it to me when I went to claim it, they took me outside and didn't close the door.

The owner that I spoke to this morning to resolve my issue was very helpful he explained the reasoning behind the issues that I had yesterday and provided a solution … if you are dealing with this company and are having complications I would suggest to speak with the owner as he is helpful.
