I had a fantastic experience at America's Best! Kenneth was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. From answering all my questions to ensuring I found exactly what I needed, his customer service was exceptional. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. Front desk was nice. Waited 2 hours before getting to the virtual doctor. When the tech asked when my appointment was and I mentioned at that point it was an hour and a half prior she responded with “oh!” And that’s it. In a room with another tech and I could fully see scheduled appointments with names and all which feels like a HIPPA violation. Complete lack of care for the job or patients from the techs. Won’t be returning.

I had an amazing experience at America's Best in Laurel, Maryland! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Kenneth Sutton, the general manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness and genuine care for the customers were truly impressive. The entire staff made me feel welcomed and valued. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch service and a friendly atmosphere and I didn’t have a long wait!

My experience was 10/10 Hewote was so patient and understanding with me. She made me feel like I was right at home for this to be my first time at ABC&Eyeglasses. She made me feel like family her customer service made the experience even better although it was going good already. I highly recommend this location!!!

I came in to see if my glasses would get fixed and they weren’t able to fix them. The manager ordered me new frames under another patients name! I came in today for contact exam the young lady was very nice and helpful. Manager isn’t here and he’s the only one that can pop my lenses into new frames. Horrible management in this location.

This was the worst experience I had with American Best. The wait time, the crazy manager they had at that store. Someone needs to remove Kenneth from that store. He is a big talker and a liar. He promised me a free pair of reading glasses then when it was time to deliver he said I will give you 15 percent off. He bosses the employees around in front of customers. That man needs to leave that sore.

I have been coming to this location for YEARS. I come for the optimalogist that is usually there, she is THE BEST. When i came however, she was not there and I had a virtual doctor who was nice and thorough as well. However, the cherry on top was getting help from Frances and Hewitt. They were NOTHING but friendly, patient with me (I have a hard time making decisions) and VERY VERY HELPFUL, I felt like i knew them for YEARS. THANK YOU ladies, YOU'RE DA BEST

The lady at the front desk was nasty from the moment I approached her. She tried to ask me if I was related to one of the current patients that were scheduled. I don't understand what that has to do with my appointment, if anything it was a HIPPA violation because she gave me the patients full name. The only good experience I had was when I was with the doctor.

There are times when you are at a lost to receive service for an immediate issue. My prescription sunglasses need to be repaired quickly, because I was going to drive for important out of town commitment. On Friday morning, April 26th, I stopped in at the Laurel Americás Best location seeking help. In less than 10 minutes, I was greeted by the receptionist, a technician near by heard my need, took my glasses and made the repair. I was extraordinarily impressed by the the efficiency in which my situation was addressed. Each staff member was welcoming and made my decision to stop turn out to be the right one.

The Laurel location is absolutely wonderful! Every staff member is very cordial and down to earth. And Dr. Bedi is hands down the best and most kind Optometrist that my daughter and I have seen in the past 16 years. She genuinely cares and it shows, but what I appreciate the most, is how positively she handles your eye concerns. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good Optometrist! Kenneth is also a great asset to this location. He too is genuinely very kind. He really works hard to take care of the customers, and is very helpful in getting your glasses or your contact needs taken care of. If you're in need of eye care I highly recommend this location and staff. Their customer service is the best, and you won't be disappointed!
