I bought a vehicle from them on 10/21, actually my husband went back and got. I test drove it before and heard some noises and informed them of it and was told they would look into it. Husband bought it home I believe it was the next week or 2 weeks later and heard that same noise again. Called so many times no response then get a response that once it’s off the lot that’s it. Told them there was no horn which who beeps the horn when buying a car? Not me until I was almost in an accident!! So finally months later we talked to another owner and he had us bring the vehicle back to get fixed was without a vehicle for a few weeks or maybe almost a month. Got it back and okay no sound looked at the area looked okay to me. A few months later heard the noise again and took it to a mechanic shop near by they put it on the lift and basically said this car should have not passed any inspection and park it and said if I hit a good bump the whole back will come off and I need to get my money back and the thing that they was supposed to fix was only patched up!! I can’t even pick up my step-kids, or my granddaughter because this vehicle isn’t safe!!! The people are not professional at all and now I need a new car!! Spent $5,000 for a car that is worth only parts maybe!!! Never Ever Buy A Car from here unless you have a mechanic with you that can look at everything!! I mean everything!!!

Place does not care about selling cars. Does not answer the phone, ignores and dismisses you when you try to inquire. Was ready to buy a in cash and they just did not care about me being there. The vehicle I wanted didn't seem to be in the lot and when I tried to ask the guy said he needed to make a call. I waited 10 min and he never called anyone.Also the office guy left his kid in his car?

I had went to look at a vehicle they had for sale up on marketplace I told them I might come back to look at it again. I never went back and a few days later they messaged me on marketplace asking why I didn’t call them or come back to see the vehicle I had informed the person that I purchased a vehicle somewhere else he then very unprofessional he harassed me and said I was very unprofessional I didn’t contact them and that I wasted their time because I told them that I was coming back to purchase a vehicle when I never said that they not only lied to me while I was there and said that the car comes with a mandatory Maryland state warranty when Maryland doesn’t give out warranties for vehicles also they change the price on the vehicle three times and tried to sell me the vehicle while it was not Maryland state inspected

Sold me a vehicle without a title. My paper tags have been expired for going on 2 months. No one answers their phone or the dealership phone. I just want my tags and title smh. I go in person and everyone has an attitude as if I'm wrong. Assured me my title would be there next day. Here I am... 2 weeks later. Still! No title! No tags! This is ghetto.

My hats off to this dealership. When they say they can get you in a vehicle they meant that. The employees are cool down to earth and will get you in something nice no matter what with a nice afford note. Best car dealership to go too....

I just bought my car from them. I have had nothing but great customer service from Nichole. If I had a question and she didn't know (for inspection) she/ or Daryl made sure to find out the answer, even putting me in direct contact with the mechanic working on the inspection & minor fixes. (Mechanic was VERY nice and knowledgeable as well) This made for an all around good experience. Highly recommend!

If there was anything less than a star to give for this delearship. They gave me the run around with this car from day one. They have a lack of communication. I got irritated and decided not to take the car from them... which I had already put a refundable down payment on. In return I received my money back through apps that charges fees not receiving the whole amount and for them to say they are keeping $150 for tags which I didn't agree to. I have been nothing but patient through this process and in return receive a pat on the back saying “sorry not sorry†for the inconvenience. Worst damn dealership I have dealt with in Maryland.
