Genette and her team did a great job on my old vehicle, they do awesome work! They kept me informed on things needed to be done with the vehicle without pressure. They did a thorough check and diagnostics to make sure the car is good to drive on the highway. Would do business with again!

I just moved here from Germany and had to get a cheap car for now. I took it here to be inspected and dispite what the seller told me it didn't pass inspection. They are helping get this car up to code. Even sent a special driver who can get on Ft. Meade to pick me up. They have excellent customer service.

I can't say enough good things about A. Anthony's Mobile Vehicle Service, Inc.! This women-owned auto shop came to our rescue when my wife's vehicle had a flat tire. They were the only same-day service shop that could accommodate us, and they went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. With free WiFi and an amazing offer of an Uber to and from home on their dime, they truly took care of me and my three boys. We were in and out within the hour, whereas every major shop told us we'd have to leave the car for the day.
To top it all off, they performed a full checkpoint service with no upsells. The staff and the owner, Genette, were incredibly professional and kind. Kudos to them for their outstanding service! Please continue to support this fantastic local business.

I brought my car in for an inspection. I later got a call that it had failed for a few mechanical problems (Tires, Brakes, Suspension). I agreed to have the car repaired there and for them to do another inspection. I need my car for work, they explained that if i brought my car in in the morning when they opened, it would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. I brought it in first thing in the morning and dropped it off. I waited all day and never got an update. I ended up calling 15 minutes before they closed to get an update. It was only then that they told me that they had ordered the wrong parts and it was going to take until the next day to get the parts in. When the car was finally ready, I picked it up and they said nothing about the second inspection, so i assumed it passed. I went to the MVA to get my registration and they told me I did not have a passed inspection for the car. I called the shop to clarify and they told me that the car had failed the second inspection because of some minor cosmetic damage to the exterior of the car. This was not discussed at all with me beforehand, they charged me for the second inspection knowing it was going to fail for something they never discussed with me. I talked to some people I know who are familiar with the inspection process and they explained there is no reason for the car to fail. I ened up taking my car to another shop and it passed with no problems. Reading reviews online, multiple people have had issues with this shop failing cars for issues that should not fail it for inspection.

I took my work truck in for an emergency repair. They were able to work me into their schedule right away. Genette and her team were great to work with and very friendly. They communicated with me during the entire process and took the time to show me the problems my truck was having. I will be going back to see them for future needs.

I took my SUV for inspection. There was an issue with it passing inspection that they handled quickly. They also noticed an oil leak I wasn’t aware of and took care of that. They were friendly and professional and they are my auto service dealer now. So glad I won’t have to drive to Silver Spring to go to the Mercedes dealer. You’ll be pleased if you use their auto business.
On January 13, 2924 my vehicle needed a new battery. Two of their employees came to my house and got the battery charged. They drove it to the shop where the battery was replaced. I live 5 minutes from their shop. There was not an extra charge. The employees are great. I’m glad I know them and will continue to use them for all my vehicle’s needs.
A. Anthony’s is my go to for my Mercedes. I love their attention to detail. The employees and owner know what they are doing. When you’re spending a lot of money on your car I want to feel confident the advice was correct. I also enjoy the little extras A. Anthony’s provides. I will continue to take my car to A. Anthony’s.

I spoke with Mrs. Genette and explained what kind of service that I was in need of. She clearly and very politely explained what she can do to help me.
She also gave me a couple of other options just in case, due to the timing of the work I needed. The information was even texted to me as I didn't have a pen handy to jot down all the details - WOW!!!
Her professionalism was world-class with excellent communication, and pure integrity as well. I will recommend them to family and friends and will surely be back myself.

I have a 21 year old truck that needed a lot of attention and I got a complete report of all needed repairs with pictures and descriptions. Nothing was done without my approval and they got everything done very quickly. I just moved back to the area and I'm very happy to have an excellent place to bring my faithful old F150.

Exceptional service, I bought it in for a repair but they went far & beyond to check other areas to ensure all was functioning. This is the 2nd time I’ve been there & both times I left completely satisfied & felt they are a caring & honest place of business.

This is the third time I’ve dealt with A. Anthony’s Mobile Vehicle Service, however, this is the first time that it was for my vehicle. The communication throughout the entire process was wonderful and the attention to detail was phenomenal! They were able to repair the issue in which my car was originally bought in for, as well as fix additional issues they located. I truly trust A. Anthony with my automobile repair work and will use them in the future if need be.

They tried to get over on me a few weeks ago. They tried to charge me over $400 just to put in a rack and pinion boot and told me it was going to take 3 hours to put on. I knew that didn’t sound right because it shouldn’t take that long just to put one boot on. I went to another mechanic and it only took him 30 minutes and charged me only $125. He’s a mobile mechanic so he doesn’t even have all the tools a shop would have and still got the job done in a decent time frame. That’s how I know A. Anthony’s was trying to screw me over. Don’t be fooled by their good hospitality, that’s just a ploy to make you think they’re legit and genuine.

Had a great experience here when I brought my car in for a state inspection. The staff were professional and easy to communicate with when I had questions. Super nice folks. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for routine maintenance!
