I came this morning to buy my car coffee for my 10 coworkers, 1st. The mob and the bucket were in front of the soda machine, and 2 employees were talking to each other, the machine says on the screen, clean the machine, I called one of the employees, he said, use the other one, which will take me for ever, I swallow it and start filling my cups with ice, then the caramel macchiato flavor was empty I asked him again if he has any , he said no, and went back talking, the whole station was messy and dirty , not enough leds!!!!

It's super hot outside and I don't understand why when you enter this store it's full of promotional signs but when it's time to pay they tell you there's no promotion?

This place was very clean but the service sucked. I am not sure why there are no condiments, napkins, stirs, out for everyone to grab you must go all the way to the register to ask for them. this makes no sense because if there's a big spill who has time to go ask for someone to come and give them napkins. When I asked for nothing, they looked at me like I was crazy and literally offered me one. I know times are tough, but the store was very clean and was very good. Maybe that's how they keep it this way in this area however there has to be another method to fix this. keep up the good work on keeping the store clean but find other ways to provide customers with things that will be needed other than going to the cash register which can get very busy at times. and if someone asked for napkin, handing them more probably is not gonna fix the issue.

Horrible customer service from Fareem. Would not recommend going here for any reason. Fareem was rude and nasty to me when I was asking him for change to split my 20 dollar bill into cash. He should not work here. Also the bathrooms was poorly maintained and smelt horrible. DO NOT come here.

Terrible customer service. Staff too busy carrying on with each other instead of working with customers. Attitude from cashier when asked about buy one get one policy for Reeses. Women's restroom out of order.

Costumer service is terrible, having to call business phone 10+ times to get an answer they will pick up and hang up on you. I’ve ordered doordash from this place several times and on multiple occasions they will just not put what I ordered in the bag, no substitution or refund either. Smh.

Everytime anyone but the guy is here overnight. I can never get food, whenever he is here. There is no issue with getting food. Do better. Tired of having to travel to a further establishment for service

This place will lie and steal from you. They will make you buy things just so you can get change. The lady upfront is lazy and the guy also. Whoever was working at 2 PM on December 27. You are terrible.
