This location has a SERIOUS PROBLEM!!!!! That problem is the overnight clerk , Milla. Her attitude and customer service skills are poor and extremely unprofessional. I've now had multiple issues with her and you all should highly consider termination. If not, she's going to lose you a lot of overnight business.I came to the store to load my card and she told me that she can't load my card until 6am. I asked why and she couldn't provide an answer. I asked to be shown the policy that says this and she could not provide one. That's because 7-11 has no policy that states they cannot provide this service at certain times. Since the policy couldn't be provided, one would think she would've just did her job to avoid an escalated situation. Her co worker, a young gentleman, tried to look for one ( he's fairly new and not at fault ) tried to find the hand written sign to show me. Unfortunately, he was unsuccessful in locating the handwritten sign. He apologized for the inconvenience and politely granted me permission to wait for the manager who would be in shortly.Milla, because she's miserable and terrible at her job, proceeded to call the cops because I was simply standing there. The dispatcher asked what I was doing and she said I was simply standing here to load my card. I'm assuming she figured I would run off because the cops were called , but I'm not afraid of any cops and I knew I wasn't breaking any laws. The dispatcher informed Milla that she was confused and didn't understand what the problem was. Milla, insisted they waste tax payers money, the cop's time, to come to a non hostile environment, because she was trying to be malicious. Ten minutes later, because the cops had not shown up, she called again. Her co worker informed her this is not the way to handle this. Her response was " If I call again they'll come faster. " The Cops finally arrived and saw I was no problem, or threat, and left. While I was speaking to the officer, she was yelling, using profanity, being the unprofessional C.S.R. / Cashier that she is. The manager comes in and tells me that it's not a policy, but to avoid scams or robbery, they just prefer not to do it at night. She apologized for Milla's behavior and assured me something will be done about it. The manager proceeded to load my card for me and sent me on my way. The ONLY satisfactory result will be the termination of Milla. I come to this store EVERYDAY. I shouldn't be subjected to such unnecessary behavior by someone who's getting paid to provide top tier service. Since Milla has an issue doing her job, Milla shouldn't have a job.

Wow. This is one of the worst locations. I have been to many 7/11. Staff rude talks horrible to each other in front of the customers. Rush customers, bad service. It's just a horrible atmosphere. Will Not stop here again.

Refuse to honor the price for a product that they have advertised for a discount on the window outside of store. Employee by the name of Rosa then gets mad at me because I refuse to purchase at full price when they they have a big sign on window of the discounted price. The employee by the name of Rosa then told me to never come back my thoughts are how are you frustrated because I won't buy a product at full price that you have marked as a discount on window makes no sense

I very much agree that the owners of this establishment are terrible and they belittle their customers. They do not know the FIRST THING about good customer service. It’s as if their patrons mean nothing to them at all. Tried the air machine and it did not work. I used an American Express and the machine said card accepted but the air button was seemingly broken. I then noticed that the sign said MasterCard or Visa so I tried my visa thinking that perhaps that’s why the machine malfunctioned. That also did not work. So I went inside and before I could even get the words out of my mouth I was rudely told that the machine was broken. My reply was “has it crossed your mind to put up a sign?” She replied with “we put tape over the card reader but people pulled it off.” Really!!!! I see now from another review that the machine has been broken for a month. She refused to give me a refund and when I asked her if she would go outside to put up a sign she shook her head no and kept blabbing about how people pulled her tape off. Perhaps it was dark and people didn’t see her TRANSLUCENT tape! The blatant rudeness and lack of customer service was appalling. Would it have been so hard to open her till and refund my $4.00. They clearly make a decent living! This sort of thing blows my mind. We will never give her business another cent of our money. I’d rather run out of gas on the side of the road.

They never have chicken tenders or hot fried wings out enough, NEVER any variety of dipping sauces for their food. I lost money at the ATM, which does not beep when the money is dispensed as a reminder to take the money

Food was ok. Clearly they do not serve hot food 24/7 because there were no condiments, no hot dogs, the burgers, wings, and pizza were dried out. They Muslim lady up front was nice about letting us know about what was available though the African gentlemen could at least tried to have given us more condiments

Before lunch if you ask for a regular big bite they give you a quarter pound big bite and won't make regular big bites for you. I even ask them to put it in the microwave and they refuse to. Any other time I come to this store they have NO problems or issues putting them in the microwave and heating them up. PlAIN LAZY
