Normally, i am really happy with my buys but over the past two weeks I have bought two tablets and a pair of headphones that wouldn't even charge. I'm done spending money on any electronics here. It's a rip off to put broken electronics on the floor without testing.
To be honest, thier prices are getting ridiculous. Today, I looked at a decanter set that was selling for almost 50. When I looked it up, it was only 34 brand new. And to charge people 20+ dollars for dirty torn up shoes just because they are a name brand is not right. They are getting real.close to becoming the next goodwill when it comes to price gouging.

What is with these prices. How are you selling shein clothes higher than their own website. Why is a dirty cracked post cost almost as much as new. This is absurdity.

I used to love this thrift store but the prices have gotten quite high, instead of having two color tags on sale there is only one and I often see employees removing items with the sale color from the floor so you can't find anything actually on sale. The store also recently seems to have a weird musty smell that wasn't there before. Items are often tagged in a way that leaves an obvious hole in the fabric, even when there is a tag that could have been used. The craziest pricing is on children's items, sometimes priced higher than new even when they are in bad condition. Pricing is pretty inconsistent depending on who does it so rarely you can find something priced fairly. I still find stuff but much less than I used to and you really have to dig. Tuesdays everything is 25% off but gets quite busy.

Downsize cashier lanes for self checkouts, then close all self checkouts. What a tremendously dumb idea. Waited FOREVER to check out with one small item. RIDICULOUS. ? ? ?

I would give 0 stars, bad service, terrible staff and more than anything, the manager who hasn't changed her yet is so rude and arrogant, they should make a change with all the work staff because she has neither the desire nor the ability to treat the customer well. !! Wow, I recommend you go to Goodwill a thousand times better than the price they give you there and the people are super friendly and polite.

OVERPRICED. My mother and her best friend came to visit me for my daughter's birthday. We are military, and they love Thrift store shopping. I couldn't believe how many people fell for this BS. You can go to Walmart, Target, online, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, TJ Maxx, and get the same prices brand new. I will never understand why people want used items but pay full price at a "Thrift" store. Stupid is as stupid does. Edit. Thanks for the reply but I don't shop at Thrift stores. It's something my mother and her friend enjoy. They were just as shocked by the prices of USED items as I was. There is no need to ask for personal information. Just price your donated used items reasonably.

I used to go to this store more often, but I will stop going, the Hispanic customer staff they have is terrible, they think the owners of the store treat you very badly,

Shopped at the Laurel location today and the bathrooms were filthy. There was raw sewage in the toilets. The floors were wet from overflow. Two of the three sinks were broken and covered. It was absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. The state of Maryland needs to be informed, and this place needs to be shut down until they can get it corrected.

I just went to their 50% off summer sale at 2nd Ave in Laurel and not only did they pull almost all of their summer stuff but most of their purple color tags that were 50% off as well were pulled. No summer dresses rang up on sale just tank tops and shorts even though they advertised dresses too. All the swimwear for women was pulled off the floor. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT AND THEY DO NOT CARE. I wish they were sued for false advertising. As you can see they list what is supposed to be on sale and most of it was either pulled from the floor or would not ring up as on sale nor would they fix it in the system. How are thin spaghetti strap summer dresses with summer print not summer dresses? How are capris not summer or tshirts how about selecting your sale items and putting them in a designated area instead of making your customers work for the sale price. If shirts and tank tops are all that's included say so but your advertised list says different. Oh no sandals are included but I don't see them listed either, so there's that. Your employees are pushing buckets of clothes off the floor and yet we are not allowed to look at them. This is a joke for families and people wasting their time to get a deal most likely because they need a deal to shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

So they have good selection but their archaic approach to customer service has no place in 2024 slow as can be but not the worst just could be faster when exchanging items because of wrong sizes on tags.so complicated to do anything they don’t know how to do anything very overwhelming

Items are getting pricier and I found a pair of shoes listed for more than the original price that was still attached. I saw other items with the marshalls tag attached but the price ripped off... makes me wonder if it's purposely listed for more.

I was treated worse than a Sewer Rat ! These people ( Hispanics ) have no true value for customer service and respect! They stick together when it comes to the lying and corruption of the mistreatment of their patrons and they hide and remove the sale item as they stalk the customer taking illegal pictures of you and or your children ! They steal money and claim you don’t pay for you items if when you give them valid proof and also call your financial institution! They don’t speak English nor comprehend the America credit card system or transaction process! If the company if going to be successful STOP ONLY HIRING HISPANIC ETHNICITIES! They seem to alway be scheming and speaking in there language around their patrons and it makes a lot of people uncomfortable! They lied about being managers when I need a dispute resolution and they ended up steal 256 dollars from me and I only left the store with a total of 95.41 purchased items ! I will be suing this company for discrimination, Theft , Failure to investigate and resolve this issue and lack of support from staff members when asking for higher ups and numbers to managers etc ! DONT SHOP HERE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE DRESSING ROOMS ! Come to The 2nd Ave in Columbia Md
