This was my 1st time at this location. I received excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I went to get a new box, and the representative even went over my bill with me, and I was able to save money on my bill. I left a happy customer.

Went to pick up equipment and had to wait an hour until they finished troubleshooting with other customers while the rep at the entrance did nothing but sign people in. I should not have to wait that long to just pick up

My area is 20743 in Capitol Heights MD, I was a new customer with you, I asked for the connection and it turns out that you do not have a signal in the area and they canceled my account without leaving any note to solve it.

I was at this location on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 and it had a sign saying they're closed and to go to the location on Campus Way. I had already been at the Lanham location that had a sign saying go to this location and then this location was closed too. I didn't have it in me to see if the 3rd location was open...I went home! Please update your signs directing your customers to locations that are actually open.

I came to pick up a router and just for them to see me deliver I had to wait an hour and a half I don't recommend it

I was in this store twice in a week, and Brandon helped me each time. Being a new customer to Xfinity, Brandon explained all my options in person for me and was very helpful with informing me about the modem/router hookup, and he encouraged me to do it myself to save some money. Furthermore, I told him I transferred my number, so he gave me the option to come back, and he would do the transfer for me. Thus, I came back this morning, he did exactly as he stated, and I was in and out. A big thanks to Brandon for his help!
