I decided to go online and do a complaint since I got no response from the online complaint form that I did several times, and no one answers the phone when you call the Campus Way South location. I did a online order and got a watery tuna sub and the ultimate BMT, which is supposed to have more meat, and of course was lacking meat, but had more than adequate toppings. I've also seen several complaints about this location on the next door app talking about the area where they add meat on the sandwiches is now unavailable to see because of some type of cover or shield. I have not been to any location since my last order. I was so displeased, so I have been going to other sub shops, Jersey Mike's and Charley's. They are further away but I would rather go the distance and be satisfied with what I'm going to eat and what I'm spending my money on. Evidently no one is coming and inspecting these locations on a regular basis and I guess they are probably made aware of when they are coming, so they are probably on the best behavior, because the personalities and rudeness make you not want to go back. Hopefully the right people are reading our reviews. This subway location definitely needs improvement.

Place is trash. The tuna was watery! I wanted to get a cookie and there was a fly sitting on the cookies, in the enclosed cookie display. The worker didn’t even seem surprised. It’s nasty.

Lack customer service and unable to communicate and understand customer. One worker answered his cell phone and then went to make food without washing his hand or put on gloves. Not a good customer experience. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!

Order onlineDidn't get my order ? I showed him the bank and app where they charge me for the food!!! He didn't even care.And they won't give me my money back !!!!!!!!!Bad place went on my break and have nothing to eat thanks to this place.If I could I would put this place out of business high way robbery!!!!!

The subway on campus way south has the worst customer service. The Subway chain U.S. Mail coupons regularly so when you take a coupon to this store, they claim most of the sandwiches that other Subway stores honor they cant sell. Overall this store should not accept coupons so that customers do not get harassed whey they try to use the coupons Subway provides in this store.

The negative reviews are 100% correct. Ordered online through the app and they got the entire order incorrect. None of the sandwiches were to have olives. Look at the pictures. Olives! No extra cheese on the meatless sandwich although I requested it and was charged for it. They didn't add cheese to the steak and cheese at all. Reached out to the owner and received 4 duplicate emails with an automated response. Save your time and money and go to a subway location that actually cares about their customers and products put out.

I visited the Subway at 978 Largo Center Drive, MD on Saturday, March 4, 2023, around 7:15 pm. The customer service was arguably the worst I've ever experienced and I regret wasting my money at that location. The person taking my order was pushy and kept asking what do you want on the sandwich as I was deciding on the toppings. He had zero customers there, therefore, he wasn't rushing me to move the line along, he was simply being RUDE, and I should've shown my displeasure by NOT spending my hard-earned money there. I will NEVER go there again.

Hispanic lady who took my order was extremely rude. Gave me attitude, when I turned to the register found out she didn’t toast my sandwiches I ask. Each topping I ask for she rolled eyes.

Go to any other subway in the area, they pre portion their rotisserie chicken smaller than any other store in the area!!!!! It looks childish. Also, you pay, they don't slide you your sandwich, very lazy. Want you to reach on their side of the counter. All i had to do is speak clear English and pay. You make my sandwich and hand it to me when you are done or push it across the counter.
