“Femi and team are awesome! I came to the store at.5pm on a Saturday and they were closed, Femi was sitting in his car getting ready to go.He recognized me and got out of his car, open the doors, signed on his computer, and accepted my package. Keep in mind the store closed at 4.30pm.

“So I ordered a package that required a signature on delivery, and unfortunately, neither I or my family would be available to receive this package during the scheduled delivery time. However, FedEx offers an option to hold a package at an "authorized FedEx distribution center" for pickup, and this location was suggested. As a distribution center, I truly did not know what to expect, because it did not specify what type of business location-i.e. FedEx store vs. FedEx counter within a convenience store vs. a FedEx mass shipping center. Come to find out, it's a small privately-owned (?) mail courier service store, and advertises as an authorized shipper for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The place is relatively small but neat, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. However, finding the exact location was a bit of a hassle, but I did find it after using another gps system, and saw that it's located at the back corner of Forestville Plaza. There's plenty of free parking, and it does not seem like a busy location-but I could be wrong. And you can have any mail or package shipped from here, or have mail/packages arrive here for free pickup-depending on your courier company. Overall, I highly recommend!”
“I use this place quite often when I have to do a return. The staff is always efficient and gets me in and out of there in less than a minute. I can't always say that about the customers who for some reason never seem to have their act together. It would be nice if they could have a separate line for these folks, you know what I mean?”

“I only come in here to mass print for my job. Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldn't fly away (it was windy that day!). I'll keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.”
“Came to Staples a couple of times before to print. But today was OUTSTANDING. A wonderful and vibrant, positive mannered brother named Aaron has exceptional customer service. He was attentive, and even apologetic when the printers were acting wacky(totally out of his control) he is respectful and knowledgeable about their printing services and helped to ease what could’ve been a stressful start to the day! “This location is one of the busiest UPS locations that I know. There’s usually a line, but it helps that they hire plenty of staff to move the line. Most staff would greed with a smile, but sometimes not , understandably bc they are so busy all the time.
Most convenient is that Costco and Wegman’s are nearby. Perfect spot to drop off pkgs when have plan to shop.”

“I went to the Clinton Staples today and received excellent assistance from one of their tech associates. He didn't stop helping me until he was sure that I had everything I needed which was the correct adapter for a new Dell desktop computer using an older monitor.
