“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

“Femi and team are awesome! I came to the store at.5pm on a Saturday and they were closed, Femi was sitting in his car getting ready to go.He recognized me and got out of his car, open the doors, signed on his computer, and accepted my package. Keep in mind the store closed at 4.30pm.

“I only come in here to mass print for my job. Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldn't fly away (it was windy that day!). I'll keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.”
“This location is one of the busiest UPS locations that I know. There’s usually a line, but it helps that they hire plenty of staff to move the line. Most staff would greed with a smile, but sometimes not , understandably bc they are so busy all the time.
Most convenient is that Costco and Wegman’s are nearby. Perfect spot to drop off pkgs when have plan to shop.”

The gentleman and both ladies I’ve encountered many times over the eight years I’ve lived in Upper Marlboro have been friendly and helpful. They get my packages processed quickly and I’m out the door in a flash.”
“My clinic ran out of toner and next day delivery was not an option. Luckily I was able to place my order at 11 pm for toner and received an email at 8:14 stating my order was ready for pick up! 14 minutes after the store opened! The staff at the store was very friendly and very professional. I was very impressed with this store! Wonderful experience! Great customer service and coordination. 10 stars!”
“The store manager Jim, and his tech wiz kid were the most helpful tag team I have encountered at a Staples. They helped me install the Staples app then they saved me 60$ by explaining how their current special rewards points deal worked .”
