Very bad customer service. Was given the wrong medication and have waited on the phone for more than an hour only when 2 callers were ahead of me. I actually watched them close up without coming on the phone to state they had now closed. Customer service, negative 100.

Ppl have to understand that Walgreens has long wait times because the owners do not want to pay to hire enough staff to handle the needs of customers. They may have one pharmacist doing everything which leads to mistakes with medication and longggg wait times

Waited nearly 20 min for the pharmacy and I was the second person in line. Waited over 10 min after the person in front of me checked out. I have never experienced a pharmacy this inefficient.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The rest of my experience was not nice. The Ladies restroom is unsanitary and has not been cleaned. The floors throughout the store are dirty. The floor is dirty and the carpet on the floor in the pharmacy waiting area are dirty and stained. There is no line at the pharmacy and the wait is still long.

Largo Apollo drive has the Worst pharmacy customer service ever. Last 5 years have been pitiful. Long lines, unprofessional, terrible customer service. Calling corporate does nothing. Held hostage, since other pharmacies aren’t as convenient. Cheverly Walgreens in comparison is amazing. Whereas Largo, not so much.

This pharmacy is one of the worst for professionalism. You allow your phone to ring out at the pharmacy because, according to the manager, there is only three people in the pharmacy working. Typical manager lingo. If you want to improve your businesses stop using excuses like that and actually see how it can be better!!!! A double edge sword you haven’t considered when working a pharmacy is people who are calling the pharmacy may be so sick and unable to make it. So while you’re making excuses as to why a pharmacy tech can’t pick up the phone for over 15 minutes consider that!!! Rude in the store, over the phone… rude always! And so called managers are ruder! Walgreens better move to Bowie!!!!!! Because that corner of largo it’s in is not working.

This has the be the dirtiest Walgreens I ever been to in my life. I am from the Deep South and our Walgreens are always so clean exterior and interior. This store was a shock. I use to work for Walgreens back in 2005 and we had to keep the store clean and the exterior was maintained too.

I find Walgreens to be a great option when I need to grab a household item. The store is well stocked and the staff is always courteous and helpful.

I visited the Walgreens location to pick up a FedEx package. The package contained my medication and the driver delivered it to the wrong area of the store. The store associate, Oluwatobi, went above and beyond to search the entire store to find my package. I truly appreciated his efforts and time. He delivered awesome customer service and I am now a loyal customer of this establishment.

Called in about passport photo services to confirm they could assist before visiting this location. Came in to find that the photos could not printed. What an inconvenience!

Pharmacy would not match Good RX price for Walgreens and staff is unnecessarily rude. Not sure why you work in a pharmacy if you’re going to act like simply interacting with customers is a massive inconvenience.
