After moving out June 7th - I was notified that I would receive my security deposit back to my forwarding address. It’s mid-August and I have not received anything. I have flagged this issue with 4 different employees and none of them have been able to provide me with accurate information or ETA when I can expect my money.
The first check was mailed to the wrong address due to employee error. The check to replace it hasn’t been issued despite this being flagged for management over a month ago. I also received verbal confirmation that this would be expedited and I would be able to pick up the check from the office given the sensitive nature. I was informed today that this was NOT the case.
I’ve retained legal counsel to further pursue this matter as it is MD State Law that I received all funds due to me within (45) business days of my tenancy ending. I notified Elrody Martin today and I look forward to an update from the property managers and leasing agents in the coming week.

On paper, this was a nice option for a rental. However, once we ventured through the gates and into the leasing office, that impression was gone with the wind. The leasing agent made us feel like a bother from the start of the tour. She barely spoke, we could not make out what she said and she walked so far ahead of us to the apartment it was a wonder we managed to find where. Then, in the apartment she was mute again. And the attitude exuded by her was that we were beneath her. Maybe that's why she took us to the run down, segregated side of the property. For believe me this place is SEGREGATED. I believe the experience did not have to be like that but we found a much better place in the end. One where they behave professional and never let you feel inferior or a bother.

Scammer's!!!!! They charged my sister $800 when she moved out and said the carpet was messed up but the entire apartment including the carpet was terrible! Make sure you do your checklist correctly (list every issue) because if not they will charge you when you move DO NOT PUT OKAY IF ITS BIT OKAY. They can say anything and charge you for it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Morgan properties any where is the absolute worst! Know where you are moving, read the reviews, and know the property management company you are under. When you see the name Morgan properties, know the brand, it is the absolute worst!

Highly do not recommend this apartment complex. If you're thinking about moving here, DON'T. Do not believe these 5 star reviews either they're coming from the ppl in the leasing office. There is constant break ins and theft going on. The leasing office doesn't do anything about it. They don't provide any type of security or inform other residents of this ongoing issue. One of the worse places I have ever lived. And this is just one the issues I have had since living here. Maintenance is horrible and half way do their jobs if they even do it. Do not waste your time or money living here. If I could put a 0 star review I would.

There is zero security on the grounds. No cameras to help with theft at all. My car was stolen barely a week ago! I reached out to the office to make them aware. No one reached back out nor did they send an email warning the other residents. At least let people know what is going on. If you can afford to pay extra for an apartment around the corner just pay it! They won’t pay for extra cameras or any kind of patrol, that doesn’t exist!!

Don’t move here. I REPEAT don’t move here unless you to just want to give up your money. If you move here people read your LEASE. Because you WILL be over charged. Northampton doesn’t care about the tenants. And if you have a problem with ANYTHING the office staff have been trained VERY well to say (WE’LL GET BACK TO YOU) and that never happens. When I moved here I submitted 6 or 7 maintenance request in over 2 months period. And the maintenance crew sucks. And some of the maintenance men are just plain LAZY. Maintenance man Donnell comes with a screw driver toilets stopped up he’s coming with a screwdriver tub stopped up he’s coming with a screwdriver . I been on the property since October 2023 . The property isn’t kept up . Only in the front where the Office Rental is VERY NICE. I can’t wait to MOVE . DON’T MOVE HERE……?♂️?♀️

Overall the apartment sizes and nice and spacious. Maintenance can be more efficient when it comes to completing maintenance request. The property sends tons of emails about things some relevant but most irrelevant. They say the have security patrolling the property but cars are being stolen and broken into on a regular basis
