Vast improvements have been made in the store. The employees are friendly and efficient. However, they need more cashier's in the store today only two cashier's.

Customer service@ Giant Campus Way largo md 20774. lost my money with Western Union putting in wrong account number and told Western Union it was my fault the customer. They mistakenly received my refund December 19 2023. left me to try and get it resolved on my own. Giant refused to give me the refund that was ment for me. Leaving me out of $1635.55, since November 1 2023 until now 3months later not resolved. Then refused to communicate with me. Nobody has been reprimanded or fired and won't admit it's their blunder that lost my money. I think they should have replaced my money themselves but refuse to. Putting the burden on Western to find my money which is now 3months my mortgage payment is missing.

You would think that if Giant is joining the bring you own bag regime that they would grow-up a bit to join the ranks of Trader Joe's or Whole Foods and help pack.......guess not, whoops that's right, step just on the out side of the doors and the weed smell hits ya, forgot where I was for a moment.

I used self check out and had scanned a bottle of V8 and a bag of chips. Before I could scan the rest of my cart, the sign for “help is on the way” came up. The staff came over and rescanned the items which was fine. But he said “you didn’t scan these” to which I replied “I did. It beeped each time and I saw it on the screen.” He argued that I didn’t scan them which is why he can scan the items again. At this point, I’m confused and furious. He could’ve simply scanned the items because clearly something went wrong and that’s why the lights came on at the self checkout. But instead of helping me, he accused me of attempting to bag items I didn’t scan and became argumentative over it. He then walked away and said that I didn’t scan them. Customer service at self checkout is none existent at this place.

We purchased a 16-pound prime rib today for my birthday and paid only 0.14 cents for the entire thing. What a great deal.

I had a concerning experience at the store as I purchased food items that were past their expiration date. It was the Hormel Black Label Applewood thick cut bacon. I purchased the bacon on Sunday November 18, 2023. THE EXPIRATION DATE IS NOVEMBER 1, 2023. This is unacceptable and raises serious quality and safety concerns. It's essential for the store to address and rectify such issues promptly. Please be very vigilant when purchasing items from this store!

Do you—“GIANT Employee: “—Good morning.”Me: “Oh, sorry. Good morning. Do you—“GIANT Employee: “—No.” *continues what he’s doing*Me: “Oh, uh, okay…” ?I put my groceries down somewhere and left without buying anything. I was too put off by that encounter.So thanks, short guy working in the produce section on the morning of 11-16-23. Now I know not to come back for two reasons: Grumpy employees and no cilantro. ?✌️

Among other items, I especially love their in-store cooked spicy chicken wings. And when they only had 2 trays of the $8 wings, they asked that I come back in 10 minutes, and they had another 2 trays ready for me.

As an African, I like that they have an international section, though they could expand a bit more. The staff is friendly and helpful.

??????????10 stars to self checkout guy juggling. He did the damn thing. The one star for those old systems. Every last one went off with errors. He solved it. Need more ppl at self checkout upgrade those systems.
