Last two visits have been great! It turns out that the woman who checked me out likes the same donut that I do; it is only delivered on Sunday. I had to run back and get donuts and now look forward to my Sunday stop.

I attempted to place a catering order (fried chicken) for my family reunion. I was transferred to the deli and that was the only service I received. After 17 minutes on hold, I hung up. This is unacceptable.
It’s no way you’re that busy and if you are you should take a moment to assist phone customers. I’m sure alerts were going off in customer service because no one picked up in the deli. Customer service bin not bother to pick up either.
Epic fail. Moving right along to Wegmans I go.

I wish I could give them a negative rating. No matter what time you visit, you will encounter a long line of customers trying to self-checkout. The checkout section is super small, and 90% of the time, you will encounter a computer error when scanning barcodes, requiring you to call someone for assistance. They have 1 or 2 manned checkout counters, and the laziest human beings work there; the employees chat amongst themselves but won't assist customers. It's not a good spot to shop.

I visited this Giant this morning (4/27/2024) after church I picked up approximately seven items I used the self checkout and ran into two issues with the machine the lady that there monitoring the self checkout aisles appeared very annoyed because she had to come over to help me I also noticed her annoyance with two other customers who née help as well, the level of customer service at stores have really declined but the every day person still needs services such as the purchase of groceries but when I am spending my money I deserve quality customer service as well as other patrons clearly the lady that was at the self checkout aisles should rethink her career choice because from the level of service that I received she is in the wrong field of work.

If I could give this store a zero, I would based on my experience. Discrimination and store profiling is very real. I'm seriously considering boycotting all Giant food stores.
