I got reminded why I do not use this establishment. It is always something to get a simple shipping order done. I wanted to ship an international package and wanted to see the best rates I was quoted between $90-$115 and when asked about the US Postal Service it was then $46 but an older gentleman who worked there intervened and said if she wants to ship international through USPS she needs to go to the post office. It would’ve been nice to know before filling out all of the. Form. I then question and said oh you can see the USPS shipping price but you won’t ship it and he flat out told me no. I should’ve left a review when my mother came in and was physically attacked by an irate customer safe to say, I will never be using their services again.

**Title: Disappointing Experience with FedEx**
I had a very frustrating experience with FedEx that I feel compelled to share. I sent a shipment, expecting a smooth process, but was completely deceived. I was not informed that the items would be sent to someone in the UK, and on top of that, I ended up paying extra fees to clear the goods.
The lack of communication was appalling. I received no notification about the charges I would incur, which left me feeling blindsided. It took weeks for my items to arrive, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Overall, my experience with FedEx has been terrible. I expected better service and transparency, especially when paying for expedited shipping. I won’t be using their services again and would recommend others to think twice before trusting them with important deliveries.

The older guy with the hat never wants to help. He has an attitude every time that i ask for help. I tell him the printer isn’t working and he just shrugs his shoulders and walks off. Hes done this 5 times. Horrible customer service. I finally had enough today and told him about himself. Have to find new location asap

Awful service, seemed like only 1 person working. No one came to check to see if we needed help. The person spent a loonnngg time at the Notary Public service location. 4 of us were at the shipping desk, no help. Waited 15 minutes still nothing. Now 5 of us and 2 left out. Loosing business that means. Finally !
