“I went to the t-mobile in Woodmore and Elsa Arias was extremely patient and helpful. She guided me on how to stop notifications and opened the SIM card on my phone which I couldn't open. ANOTHER T-Mobile replacement in Bowie told me that I had to ship my phone out in order to get my screen fixed so I ended paying $400 to get my phone fixed at place called Breakfix. She told me that because I have insurance I could take to a center and have ut fixed fir 29.99. I'm passed that I spent so much money when I didn't have to. She is really an expert and I will look for her when I come back.”
“I had a terrible experience adding a line to my 20 year history account. After more than 12 hours on the phone with customer service, I was told the only way the work could be finished was to go into a store. Considering how many hours had already been invested, I was not interested in wasting any more time in a store. When I got there, I asked Roddell how long it should take to add a 2nd line. He said 30min. I then let him know my situation and how much time had already been spent. Roddell identified a solution quickly, explained how long it would take, then executed with precision. Roddell, Luis, and the team at this store are professionals. Thank you!”

“I recently had 3 ocassions to get service at the TMobile center at Woodyard rd in Clinton. Over the past 3 years I have been to several Tmobile centers, I found this one in Clinton by far to be the best. The last time I went there, February 16th the center was very crowded. The technician recognized me shortly after I entered the store, took my name and asked me to be patient...I agreed. In about 15 minutes I was called. I needed to have a new cellphone activated. The Technician was very professional, worked on my phone and in about 30 minutes she was finished. Frankly I was impressed with how well the techs took care of its waiting customers. While friendly, they seemed to know their craft and exibited genuine interest in the customer, did not try to sell me a bunch of snake oil.....this was exceptional service. The Technician that served me was absolutely great. Gman, US Navy Retired.”

She took her time to go above and beyond with helping me start service, pick a phone, and transfer my former phone info to my current phone! She also did something I personally appreciated- when it was time for me to enter my social security information and Apple password she turned the computer/device to me and then she turned away until I was done entering my personal information!!! This was a major reason my visit was so much more enjoyable. Jasmine made me feel comfortable and that T-mobile is a trustworthy company with trustworthy and knowledgeable associates. An associate in Verizon failed to show that same privacy just minutes before my visit to T-Mobile, and until Jasmine displayed that awesome token of respect I hadn't even noticed! Great job Jas! Stay amazing!”

“Visited on April 1 as the 5G phone that I got from Cricket stopped holding a charge and I was going to get my money back but then was thwarted by a paradox as Cricket had given me the phone free. Heidi, the salesperson on duty, helped my find a suitable, economical phone and set everything up for me as I dislike doing that part due to being 90 yrs old. I went back two weeks later to inquire about a hotspot and, luckily, Heidi was there again, and she figured out what kind of hotspot would suit me best. It was nice to get such quick, efficient service and Heidi was very knowledgeable and helpful. I realize eventually these stores will probably close in the near future as corporations go fully automated to avoid paying actual human workers and the machines will gain another toehold as they prepare to take over the world. However, until then, employees like Heid have my gratitude.”
“I enjoy using the Drive Up service at the Lanham Target because they are very efficient at shopping and communicating any concerns with my order. One of the Drive Up associates, Chinemerem, always displays a friendly, helpful attitude.
