01/29/2024- I like Dollar Tree. I was unable to find the greeting cards that I needed. Trash and/or inventory was on the floor in some of the aisles. There was one cashier on the register. The other two team members were trying desperately to restock the inventory. This is a large store. The one line was long for check out! Perhaps they could hire night stick clerks giving job seekers an opportunity for part time might shift work!!!And add one self checkout machine!!!

Since I was in the area, with some time to spare, and I know I was in need of some items, I was going to stop in here before returning home. I use Dollar Tree to grab some staples and there's nothing wrong with that. This one was interesting in the plaza, location wise. It was kind of like at that weird angle position and since this plaza is somewhat on different levels. So the door to this place is up from the sidewalk, you take either stairs or the ramp to get to the door. Like most DTs out there, this one was kind of lacking on items. However, this location had what I needed. It was just everything else in the store wasn't fully stocked. Registers were as expected. Backed up and only one open. At least the person running it was going as fast as they could.

Went on Sunday August 26. I asked if they were going to open lane 2 ( lights on no one at the register) Guessing was the manager never answered me but she told the other employee line is not long. Which it was half way down the aisle. Only one line open. Then another customer asked her, really don’t what she answered, customer was unhappy. I put everything I was going to buy into an empty basket and walked out. Will not teturn

Found all the items I was looking for and the checkout clerk was very pleasant. The store could use a little refreshing though.

If you’re thinking about applying don’t! They make you clock out but tell you to stay on the floor. The assistant manager used to verbally abuse us DAILY and the gen manager never did anything to stop it.

The worst experience in a long time. Won't be returning. Older Male & female complained the entire time. 2 lines reached to back of store. Younger male & female was cool. Male held door & was helpful. I don't care about bags running out just get us out the door & stop bragging about turning down another job. They're a bad example for other workers & need to quit.

On 07-20-2023 I visited this Dollar Tree. OMG! This store really deserves 0 stars..... The manager Karen was very rude and nasty to the customers and her worker Mrs. Lillie who's an elderly woman and the only one on that was on the registeron. To make a long story short the police was called and her worker was taken in the ambulance. I can't with this Dollar Tree.

This store is terrible. The condition of the store is sad as well. The line was all the back to the end of the store. Employee steadily complaining of how she needs a break and literally stopped ringing up customers to just talk about what time she was leaving and what she was gonna do before she left.

I visit this particular dollar tree very frequently because its in an area that i do alot of shopping. I love the variety of items that is offered here at this location.
