“Came here on Friday 4:26 24 at around 8:49 p.m. It doesn't matter which Big Lots I go to I get the same excellent customer service 10 star service and this door definitely made me feel welcomed, easy to find items and the manager here is absolutely incredible makes you feel like family. I am thankful that the consistency of all the Big Lots Remains the Same whether I go to Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, or California I know I will be treated with utmost respect and efficiency and you have excellent items that I never have to return. “Went to this store and found clothes for myself and my son. The fitting rooms weren't open, so I had to travel to my aunt's house to try them on. Luckily, she had a store close to her and I was able to take back what didn't fit. The 2nd store had their fitting rooms open. This makes shopping easier for people who don't live in the area and can't travel back and forth just to do returns. Just give it a thought.”

“Wow! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the security guards Donald and Daryl with a smile and a hello how are you, which made me feel very respected. Then as I went towards the back to look for a jewelry box I found a perfect one and Monica was stocking things and pointed me to some other ones to look at. Then we started having a conversation about how so many stores in this area disrespect their customers and how they are treated as if they're criminals because they won't allow the carts outside, which of course is very inconvenient. I was thanking her that this store doesn't punish everyone because of the few. It also tells me that the security team is pretty good at their job. At the end of my experience I went to purchase my items and Yolanda handled my order and was very efficient very kind and nice. I pray that the management gives them all a raise or a bonus or a trip or something because they definitely deserve it. After going through a lot of icky customer service, it's nice to have a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!”
“I would've given this store 5 stars solely on the customer service. I was offered assistance while shopping and the cashier was really nice and pleasant. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because many of the shelves were empty. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

Michael answered all of my questions and concerns. He was able to look up all of the items that I requested and purchased. “Excellent customer service. Store merchandise stocked neatly and organized. Further, no OSHA issues, like some stores that have inventory/ boxes all over the store including doors. It was a clean store.
Most of all, thanks to Anthony, I was able to locate an item and purchase within a few minutes. This guy also greeted customers with a smile. He can teach a class for retail customer service...needs recognition.
My only recommendation to the company is to invest in signs for each aisle. It will prevent customers from roaming around the store to find products. Respectfully.”

“Very busy store but always have what I'm looking for. Love their order online and pick up section can be convenient when not going inside. Will usually go on their site that has several pay options order what I need and they will give you a time and day when it's ready.
They have plenty of Handicap spaces and is very accessible but the parking lot can be very busy and is always packed.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it's 90% self checkout they have one cashier and a customer service area for returns. The self checkout has staff their for assistance if needed but it's very busy.”
