“This was my first time using a laundry service, and I have to say that every staff member that I interacted with did such an amazing job with customer service and ensuring that everything I needed for my elderly disabled mother was taken care of. From the guys who took calls to the people who washed the clothes to the delivery man, all the customer service was top-notch notch and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to someone else. No odors, just clean smelling perfectly folded clothes. A little pricey but for that kind of experience I don't mind the costs.”

If you need ur car repaired minor or major this is the place to come too. Very professional and detailed. Norma was excellent kept me in the loop about everything. Walter made sure all my needs was taking care of every step of the way. All repairs were fixed. I can’t even tell my car was in any type of accident, my car was clean like brand new. “I got a flat tire and called Million Man tires around 1:00pm on a Sunday. Jesus answered and I told him about my flat and that of the underbelly of the car was scrapping because of what I ran over. He asked for my tire size and said to pull up. I got there around 1:30. Jesus and the staff were very nice. I pulled right in and they changed my tire and fixed my underbelly in a very quality manner. Given the need to reconnect the underbelly it took about 30 minutes. I was done by 2:30pm. Also the new tire was of exceptional quality. Jesus send the staff did an excellent job on my car. I will use them in the future for all of my immediate tire needs.”

“Surprisingly the line does not move as slow as it looks because it's long. They do move the lines and for those young men and women that assist at the gate, they are always polite, professional and friendly every time I go. Always helpful if I run into a problem with my membership. I can't speak on the team that finishes the upgraded membership for individualized cleaning and drying. I see customers helping to wipe and sort of get in the way or want it done a certain way. Sit your butt down and let them do their job. Sheshhhh! Sometimes the vacuums in the self-cleaning aren't working properly and kind of weak to really deep clean the carpet. I asked one of the staff members and he explained why and offered to clean them so they would work stronger. They won't know they're not functioning properly if you don't tell them. Aside from that, great experience each and every time. They are hiring the young ones, and they are doing a wonderful job. Good job, team!”

“A nice place to get your car cleaned. It has self-service bays, traditional "gas station" style machine wash bays, and areas to vacuum/wipe your car.Obviously, it gets busy on nice days. But, the equipment is easy to use. I do wish they had a smaller brush for cleaning rims in the self-service bays, but overall a nice place.”
