This store is a mess ..unable to get through to speak to a customer service person or manager..The phone rings indefinitely then someone picks up ans lays the recievee down and never answers to address the call..i can hear background niises..this is unacceptable!

I was checking out and I seen a stain in the sweater I wanted to buy and I told the register if I could get a 10% off since it had a stain and then she calls her manager and tells him if I could get the 10% off and he just automatically said “no” that was just so disrespectful. I don’t recommend no one coming here.

Burlington in Largo, MD, is an outstanding destination for anyone in search of last-minute items, and my recent visit was no exception. I was able to find the perfect belt in just a matter of minutes, combining both practicality and style. Additionally, the clearance section provided even more bargain opportunities, ensuring that shoppers get the best value for their money.

Parking was ample, and checkout was efficient, allowing me to grab my belt and be on my way swiftly. They have one usable fitting room for the whole store. The door is broken on one of the 2 fitting rooms in the front and they have closed off the fitting rooms in the back as a store policy. My time is valuable and I don't have all day to wait for one fitting room. As a result I didn't purchase anything I had planned to purchase because I couldn't try it on. ??
*I will say the loss management guy was nice.

Store is messy and disorganized..no one is working the floor. However the only reason for two stars is because the Cashiers are nice and professional (Only two cashiers)..In need of a serious manager; Products are just stuffed on shelves and are all over the floor, always on the floor. I've been to other Burlingtons and they are neat, clean and tidy.
Maybe they need to close the store and have workers reassemble products on shelves and racks. The household department is disastrous, nothing is in order , just chaos.
This shows disrespect to the store, the community and the customers who pationize the store.

Terrible customer service!! Jessica, “the manager” yelled at the customer to shut up and stop talking to her, and to get out of the store. Would NOT recommend this store.
