“I went here to open an estate account on two separate occassions. I am giving 4 stars just because the 1st time I went, I was not pleased with the customer service. I felt that the woman I dealt with wasn't very much help at all, but I came back a few weeks later hesitantly with more of the information I needed. This time,Tiandra James helped me. Let me just say that she is an asset to this bank. She provided the best customer service I have personally received at any bank. I am not a Truist customer for my personal banking needs, but for the sake of contuity with my relative's estate finances, I eent with Truist. Not only is she the perfect blend of personable and professional, she is intelligent, knowledgeable and got me in and out faster than I thought.
