First and foremost I would like to say the this Store wowed me with their customer service! I had the pleasure of being greeted by Mr. Econto ( Retail salesman) who was helpful and very informative of all the products I inquired about. He assisted me in choosing the best quality battery for my vehicle and knew all the details of for specific vehicle. Mr. Econto was patience with me and you could really tell he loved what he does. I will definitely shop here again and recommend all my friends to shop at your location. I've been to many Autozones and this one by far is the best. I wish more stores had the quality and friendly customers service as this one. Mr. Econto I want to thank you for your professionalism and continue to do what you're doing Sir!

Employee did job well, but tried to take advantage of me not being car savvy and suggesting a tip for a complimentary battery replacement service provided by their job.
Reply to AutoZone: This isn't a company problem, just an employee that thought to get some easy cash. Still putting it out there for others to be aware of though.

A huge shout out to the gentleman with short twists (I'm sorry I never got your name) he helped me when I was down on my luck. I previously went to Advanced Auto in need of a battery, after one look under my hood the told me "they couldn't get the old one out" and directed me to Autozone. After a jump I made it and talked to some employees and explained my situation.After going to take a look under my hood they assured me they could change the battery with no problem, and that Advanced Auto was simply being lazy. Thank you again for your help!!!
