The worst service I have ever had, I have been there twice, the first time, the service was great, very good, but I went for the second time and someone else took care of me. The truth is that that person has a bad character. The customer service shouldn't be very rude and poorly spoken. horrible experience

The representative at the store was outstanding!!! He patiently worked with me, troubleshot my issue, and fixed my phone. He was a lifesaver! I wish I had got his name so I could mention him personally. I can't say enough how happy I am with his service!!!

I walked into the store and got greeted immediately with a warm welcome. Every staff member was very knowledgeable and efficient. Hands down the best AT&T store in the DMV! I will be telling all my family and friends about this location. Ps the music was amazing, the vibe was right and everyone had a smile on their face! Loved my experience, AT&T rocks because of this location.

Horrible Customer Service. Long wait times. The Store manager Adrian has no since of time management. Brought a phone from that location. Manager gave me his card and told me to call him if I experience any issues with my phone. However, called and text this guy a few time n got no answer. Had to end up coming back up to the store. This guy takes no accountability for anything. Won’t be visiting this store in the future and will advise any other ATT customers not to.

I usually have a buying a new car experience when I got to the store but Michael and the staff were absolutely amazing. Definitely will be coming back.

I visited this location today for assistance with troubleshooting some issues with my phone. When I arrived, there were several customers in the store, and the associates did not acknowledge me, or anyone who came after me, when we entered the store.The young lady who assisted me was lethargic and clearly did not want to be at work. She was as helpful as she could be, however, the manager was completely rude when I asked him to explain their store policy on providing new phones if customer's phones become defective shortly after purchase.I do not recommend going to this store unless you enjoy disorganization, lack luster customer service, spending an obscene amount of time waiting to be helped, and if you want to interact with a condescending, rude, unfit store manager. I very rarely write bad reviews. I enjoy highlighting businesses in a positive way, so I am disappointed that I even had this experience to write about in the first place.

Excellent and patient customer service - Haley was calm and very detailed in going through what might be wrong with my iphone that just stopped charging. She explained the possible issues and gave me next steps. Excellent!

AT&T store in Capitol Heights is great with handling concerns and very knowledgeable on products/services. I upgraded 2 devices, added a device, and added Direct stream all in one night. ?Thank you!

The representative that helped us was completely understanding of our issues, however he couldn’t help us with having to pay the $315.The Reps at BJ’S lead me to believe that my new phone was totally free and as it turns out, I am still paying for the new phones. I can’t recommend anyone to switch to AT&T.
