Really good customer service! They sold me the wrong rear rotors for my car, but mistakes happen. Everyone in the store was really nice.

Nothing but great things to say about this location. I ordered a new battery online and went to pick it up and have it installed. I was helped by Marquis (sp?) who was nothing but timely and courteous.

They don’t always open at 7:30 am like the sign on the door or the website says. I can’t play games in the morning, I have to get to work on time. I left after waiting until about 7:45am, called back at 7:55and they were open but immediately placed my call on hold. Awesome!

Advance auto parts wouldn't let me return an O-ring that was still brand new. The part it was going to be used on was brand new. I was told by the corporate office and the store clerk that if I open the package and it don't fit, I COULDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK, IT WOULD THEN BE UNRETURNABLE!!! THIS IS INSANE.. I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT ADVANCE AUTO...

Went to this location to do a return on a defective product and Raul refused to do the transaction while speaking to me in condescending manner. I think drove to another location that had no issues doing the return. This is my first incident at this location and I will never return. I believe Raul treated me in this disrepectful manner due to the fact that I'm African American. If you have any prejudice that you can't put to the side I don't believe you should work in the customer service business that requires you to assist all different people.

Most of the staff is great. But the days when there's those two random people working that don't recognize you, the service suffers. Wish they were more consistent.

The worse experience ever!! Went to the store to get a battery. Needed to borrow tools to change it that required leaving my license. The manager Raul left the store with my license!! Now I have to run my credit to see if my identity has been stolen!! Y'all just lost a customer and I will tell all my friends and family to not shop with Advance Auto Parts as well. *** update*** Spoke with the district manager Oscar and got everything straight. I will continue shopping with Advance Auto Parts and appreciate the quick response and resolution!! ?????

I moved to Largo in January and this location is the closest to my house to buy parts for my project car. There was a lady there named Perry who was there for a while. You ever meet someone who just made you smile because they were so positive and wanted their costumers to be? That’s her. If she still works for the company she should go back to this location. She was always pleasant and helpful. Kind of a breath of fresh air. 5 stars for her wherever she is!
