Horrible. While the drive-thru seemed to be zipping along, my wife and kids went inside to order so they could see the menu. After 25 agonizing minutes, we got our food. My wife said the clerks were in no rush to take or fulfill her order. The Wendy's single I got looked like it was rejected from the old McDonald's dollar menu, and tasted worse. My daughter's Baconator was missing the bacon. A single lonely half leaf of lettuce was on our burgers to keep the single piece of tomato company. This place used to be better but it's now in the toilet. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK.Edited to add that my wife said that the manager was yelling at the person making our food to speed it up, but the more he yelled the slower she moved. Wrong on many levels.

I've been ambivalent about this store for years because of the quality of service on food prep. Sometimes we're pleasantly surprised but, although it's along a frequently traveled route, generally I'll go further out.Because the line at McDonald's in Glendale was so long, we came on up to Lanham and, since fries and coffee were wanted, Wendy's was the only choice. The order taker was hard to hear - could be my ears. Hope that the seemingly long wait meant fresh, hot fries was cruelly dashed.

THIS PLACE IS TRASH..The manager the attitudes the comprehension....ALL AROUND TRASH. They yell at you in african and suck their teeth...absolutely the worst...10/10 DO NOT

19:25 on 2/12/24. drive thru employee zero personality. No greeting, no thank u. He asked for my CC where he swiped it inside. Gave me back the card. I asked for receipt he said the next window. I received my food and came straight home. Within 90 minutes of this transaction. That card was used to wire $300 via cash app. Within seconds of that transaction another wire for $200. However the bank stopped the second one as it was flagged as potential fraud. BE AWARE...BE AWARE.....BE VERY AWARE at this wendys location on Annapolis Rd, Lanham, MD. I tried calling the store. The mail box is full and has been full. They dont listen to their messages, therefore preventing anyone from leaving messages. RED FLAG

This is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. My family has lived 1 minute away from the store for the past 26 years and this store has never been as bad as it is now. Fries = disgusting burgers = disgusting, ask for fresh food they just re-heat old fries and meat. It's hardly edible. $15 and I took 2 bites and threw it in the trash. You can see in the picture that the fries were stale and hard, and that's after I sent them back. I asked for fresh fries and patties and they put cold gross fries in my bag. The night crew should all be fired and sent back to school starting with the 9th grade. This is the first experience in many many years that actually made me ANGRY. DO NOT EAT AT THIS STORE! LET IT GET CLOSED DOWN so we can have a quality restaurant take its place!

They renovated this location but didn’t change staff. Rude order takers and what with getting you to download the app when you can’t even use it for offers on the app? They say for the past few months that their scanner is broken. How do I order then if I cannot scan the offer? I won’t be coming here anymore. The order taker told me to get over it. Yeah? I am.

Drive a lot for work. The last 3 or 4 Wendy’s I have stopped at have been a let down in some way. Took forever to get food, fries not done completely, drinks not available, etc. Have to give credit when it’s done right! Fast service as this location, fries down perfectly, will be back when I’m in the area!

Drive thru clerk was not attentive when taking my order even though I repeated my order 3 times. Manager was very rude when I was trying to repeat my order. When I asked for a refund, the manager shoved the bills at me. When I told him he didn't refund me all of my money that included the tax he kept, he just said this is all I am giving you back.

Last time I went to this Wendy's, it was scorching hot outside and I had been walking for quite a while. I was really thirsty so I went in and asked for a cup of water and it was free. I sat down and drank my water. The restaurant wasn't busy and I was the only one there.

I went to this restaurant 4 days ago at 9.30 pm to buy a package and there was no one but.And the young lady on duty said that I could pick up the packages from inside, so I said I'm already here, you're going to reach out and give it, it's already cold on the table, waiting for the customer, because the rules said, you can take it from the inside, she said, I won't give it from here. And the opposite was the case when I came before, I came in, he said, you will get it from outside, he said, you will get in line, and I came directly out based on him, what kind of a rule is that, the customer is waiting for food there at the place where he works and he can't buy food with his money, the lady talks to me for 5 minutes there, reaches out her hand and takes the package in five seconds. The package is as big as a fist, why do they humiliate the drivers, they victimize the customers, I don't even want to understand it, this is a completely non-business rule, if you come to a place with the customer's money, you have to serve the customer, if you don't serve, close it or don't give the package and do this job. You don't know because you can't serve because of your idiotic rules, you can't work because neither the driver who comes to the package has patience to wait, why do you come in, come out, are you going to give it for free inside, as if no, why are you acting stupidly.. And when I took the customer to dinner, he greeted me at the door why He said can I ask if I'm late, I said, I said, "You don't give your food," I said, "What can I do?" The man was very angry and he said something like that... Every restaurant of these sets a rule according to their mind, come in, come out, they make us dance, they are disgracing our money there. if you're doing this, do it, if you're not, close it, let the one who does it come…. And at the same time, waiting in the same queue with the new orderers, which was ordered online beforehand, is a completely ridiculous and illegal event. If you are giving a package, you will separate the staff and the window.I think everyone who reads will understand me.

Worst service ever manager was rude the guy at window was laughing when I pull up to the window probably he was on drugs I order something and they charge for something else I wanted what I order and they refused to serve it to me honestly I don’t recommend this place I will look for corporate number and tell them my experience. time of that all this happen was at 8:30pm 08/27/2023
