I went Saturday morning. There was a long line. Sharon was apologetic for the long wait and was very friendly. Her energy was radiant and calming. Phenomenal service. People like her make the world a better place.

Requested a temporary forward for my mail - nothing was forwarded my box was full. Requested a hold mail and for them to remove mail from my box - still delivered mail. The shear incompetence of this branch is astonishing. No one seems to be able to do their job right or there are multiple different carriers that the “notes” don’t get to everyone.

The most unpleasant experience, if you do not mail stuff often. The staff are all unwelcoming, rude and condescending. They bully anyone who does not know the process of using the post service. It was very painful to watch and experience. I was in line watching them do it over and over again. I am so glad I got the least rude one. Leaves a lot to desire in terms of customer experience. I am never coming back. Please do your self a favor and consider going to a different branch, if possible.

If I could give this specific post office 0 stars, I would. As soon as you walk in, everybody got a bad attitude. If this wasn’t the closest usps to me I wouldn’t be coming here but unfortunately gotta do what you gotta do. ?

i submitted a hold on my mail for 2 weeks while I went on vacation. When I came back my mail box was stuffed and over flowing. I went to the post office to ask why and they acted like they did me a favor by having it delivered at all. worse post office ever!

This USPS location employs some of the rudest, most unpleasant queens on this side of Heaven. They can't answer simple questions without giving big-time attitude. I feel sorry for their families, if this is how they are in their personal lives. There's nothing but pure misery and self-loathing in there.

if i can give them 0 starts i would , i was supposed to receive a very important package and no one knocked on my door so i can sign it . they do not do their job accordingly they are very unprofessional and they need to have better staff because this is ridiculous .

This post office has the most rude mail carriers I have ever met! The mail carrier that does the route around here cussed my family members when confronted at the fact that he tried to pepper spray our dog when she was doing absolutely nothing to this man besides going up to him.

This people are so inhuman. They lost my package and tracking shows the package never left this post office. It's been more than a month and nobody in this location is saying anything. They don't pick calls and are rude when you go there physically. This is an item I bought for $1600.00 and was shipping out to a friend in CA and for a month today it is nowhere to be found and tracking has never been updated after it was received here at the Lanham Seabrook USPS office. What a shame! Someone in this post office is keeping my package and they will have to give me. I will call all offices that can intervene and possibly the congressman trust me. I shall see the end of this.

Multiple cases of packages getting delivered to the wrong address in the neighborhood and they take no accountability for their carriers wrong doing. If I'm spending money on something I expect to receive the item and if I don't receive is their responsibility to take care it not act as if it's the customers or sellers issue. No, you have carries not paying attention to what they are doing and no repercussions for their constant oversight.
