Tamara is wonderful. Each time I have gone to the New Carrollton location she has been very thorough, engaging with the clients and just offering old fashioned customer service which [unfortunately] is so RARE these days. I live in Bowie and I drive to this location because of the Stellar service I always receive. I don't even mind waiting because I am assured that the technicians are doing a thorough job vs rushing to get the dollars. Please don't change and give Tamara a raise and a promotion??

Tamara the Assistant Manger greeted me with such great energy and I’m so proud to see how she runs this shop. Kindness is the key.
RJ the Technician was so great as well, he changed my oil quickly and with skill.

Amazing Experience! I can not express how awesome these Gentleman were in servicing my car. My car is a hybrid and most places won't touch it, even for basic repairs. So I was surprised they agreed to work on it at all. I needed a battery replace, but the battery I bought in was to big. Kyle physically went up and down 450 to find me a new battery. He called multiple places and he really didn't have too, he could've said he couldn't find it and sent me on my way. But he didn't. This process took over an hour but he stayed with it. He and his manager went so far above regular customer service I was blown away! They've earned a customer for life!
