Positives: Nice price for a room with a full kitchen and pullout.
MAJOR PLUS for it being pet friendly. I love the fact that the pancakes had different flavoring and the fruit bar. Only downside I can think of is that the hallways are super humid and hot (rooms aren't). Other than that there's a shopping center behind with a grocery store,kfc, a mcdonalds etc that's walking distance

Very comfortable, 2 rooms with TV and complete bathrooms. Full kitchen with eating bar and kitchen utensils, stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, etc. A small and comfortable room with a sofa bed and TV. Tremendous suite, we were delighted with the room and its amenities. Very quiet area and excellent cleanliness ?. Thank you very much ?
Rooms: Tremendous suite.
Walkability: You can walk to a shopping center that has a supermarket, pizzeria, seafood restaurant, dry clean, etc. Next to a McDonald's and Kentucky fried chicken. All located practically next to the hotel parking lot. Very conveniently located.
Food & drinks: At reception they sell a variety of sweets and sodas. And the shopping next door.

The worst hotel I've stayed at in quite a while.
Pros: cheap rate and free breakfast,
Cons: the hotel smelled on every floor except in my room. The AC was obviously broken in every hallway and in the fitness center. Half of the light switches in my room don't operate anything. The TV is incompatible with any smart device, which is odd for even a 3 star hotel. The soap is permanently attached to a wall on the opposite side of the sink so you have to walk around the corner to access it. I forgot my toothpaste, so I went downstairs to ask for a small one. No one was at the front desk so I had to yell to get service. They don't have free toiletries, or room charges, so I had to pay $6 for toothpaste out of pocket. The room is awkwardly laid out so i literally had to rotate the entire TV stand to watch something in bed.

The service, rooms and location was awesome.
From check in, the front desk staff was efficient, professional and helpful.
The rooms were perfect for when I bought refrigerated items to store before leaving for home out of town. Having freezer, I was able to freeze large freezer packs for cooler.
The location was ideal for the event I was attending in nearby Bowie.

This is a great location far as DC night life. You can here the hellcats and various dodge vehicles with forced air induction of some type all night.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests.
Elevator on the left is a bit final destination with its movements and sounds so beware.

I went back home to visit for a wedding. Very nice. It was clean outside of the building as well as inside. The rooms were very nicely sized with personal kitchen convenience. I love that laundry at the facility was included. You just needed to provide your own laundry detergent. Super convenient 02 min drive/short walk to food and shopping to include a liquor store as well for those who like that. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a business trip and this was an excellent choice to stay here. Very convenient location, cozy room, very clean,breakfast every morning was very good with many options to choose from. Even a little happy hour for you to enjoy and unwind after a long day.
Rooms: Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and spacious.
Walkability: Just around the corner there is a strip mall with grocery store, restaurants, and other convenience shops all within walking distance.
Food & drinks: Very good complimentary breakfast every morning. Nice little happy hour for you to enjoy and unwind in the evening.

Review for Koreans. There are quite a few Korean tourists. These are usually family travel units. The location is not bad as there are many cafes, supermarkets, fast food, and chicken restaurants nearby. You can also get Korean food delivered using Uber Eats. Basically, the hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but the quality is so-so. It's true that the hotel is a bit old, but I feel like they've taken some care in maintaining it, and the room has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. However, the sound of the refrigerator running is a bit loud, so there is some noise. And the downside is the soundproofing, you can hear everything from the bathroom shower coming from the room next door. To be honest, I don't really like it because they didn't clean it once during my three-day stay, but for the price, it's not bad for a family trip. And the other downside is that it is not recommended if you choose this place to travel to Washington DC. Quite a distance from downtown. And if you want to get into the city by car, the traffic jams are severe.Rooms: Not soundproofed. As loud as the refrigerator.Food & drinks: There are restaurants and cafes nearby.Noteworthy details: Breakfast and lunch provided. No housekeeping.

Very animal friendly.Rooms: Great size rooms. We had a queen room. We had a large dog with us. There was plenty of room for him to zoom.
