Similar to most staples. I normally come here for the UPS drop off which is awesome because it's close to my house instead of driving further out to a UPS store.

The customer service is horrible. I did not see at least two employees with a name badge. I asked a question about a product and the response was if you don’t see it then it’s not there

So on point! my banner wasn't what I expected -- it turned out so blurry that you could hardly recognize the person on it. I was so upset because my event was two days away..The supervisor, Olivia S. calmed me down and said they would take care of it and they did! Staples associate Nayeli R. OMG was so helpful, she came up with another solution that replaced my banner and it was wonderful. Nayeli was so so patience with me even when I wasn't. Both the supervisor and Nayeli completed my job in one day. This store "Lanham" is my go to place for all my printing needs. Thank you!!!

Good morning this staples need new staff. I walked in to the staples to pick up an order, mind you I don’t speak so I have to write or point because they don’t not know sign language. One of the staff was very disrespectful because she did not understand me and she went and told the manager in the picture printing area that she did not want to help me because I couldn’t speak this is the most disrespect I have received being in this situation in my life and everything is on the store cameras so I would love for corporate to look at the video and do something about this employee no one should go thru this as a person first thing in the morning.. I would not tell anybody to go to this store and I have spoken with the manager so if nothing is done I will contact whom I need to contact by 3 today

Maricela is the BEST! Come to this Staples store to see her! I am so pleased and grateful today because of the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Maricela at the Lanham Staples store! She is absolutely AMAZING and her customer service skills are TOP NOTCH! I am school teacher and Staples Rewards customer. I came into the store today with printed coupons and she stopped and took the time to help me download the app! She even took the time to show how the Reward App works! It is so beneficial for me as a teacher and business owner. She showed me all the great deals and rewards I can receive! I didn’t know the app was this great! It will change my shopping experience to make it easier and more affordable. I will definitely return to this Staples for all my shopping needs!

Worst UPS location . I came to this location to return a parcel I bought from Amazon , waited for almost an hour only for someone to come and tell me they can’t scan the Amazon return code on my phone meanwhile that is where I have been doing returns and she insisted they have never done it before . I think this location need to employ workers , I always come and stand there waiting fire someone to attend moreover service is too slow .

Friendly and helpful staff in the copy section. I'm sorry that I didn't note their names, but all were a great help and went the extra mile to complete my project. This is also a clean and well stocked store with ample parking in a strip mall

We are very proud and grateful to do business with our local Staples on Annapolis Road in Lanham, MD. Henry, the Store Manager, and his staff, have been very cordial, and helpful to us with all our stationery and printing needs for our small business day-to-day operation. Collectively, they make our instore 'shopping and saving easier than ever'. Even when our out bound orders are placed, for items like ink-cartridges not available on site, the get processed in a timely manner and are delivered promptly.Kudos to Henry and Staff.
