The employees are amazing & treat you very kindly.
The quality of the service is 2 stars & they have mice. I saw 2 scurrying around and the employees didn’t seem to care.

service was terrible. i was looking for a brown and it was a deep red and when i said something she was trying to gaslight me into thinking it was brown and got very angry when i wanted to change the color (she had only applied one coat on my pinky). the shape was also very bad and she left glue all over my nails. two of my nails popped off not even a week after. terrible quality and bad service. do not come here. i never write reviews but this is just insane. dont know why this place has been open for so long.

I went today to get my nails done and my toes. They weren’t busy at all and took me right away. Everything looked clean and the atmosphere was friendly. Everyone can do nails there and eyebrows. I will be returning to Stacy for my nails when I’m back on this side of town!

Horrible, I went to go get my mail fixed and a pedicure and the lady was so rude. Don’t recommend going.

Rose Nail salon is a good place for pedicures, which is what I go there for. I get fast service and the technicians give quality service.

First time getting my nails done here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my nails!!! My Nail Tech paid attention to detail and she did a very gud job! I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews because nothing like wat they said was happening there... Everyone was polite and no one complained about their service... I'm not from here but I am a licensed Nail Tech myself and I know great service when I receive it! When there is a language barrier ppl always wanna assume the worse... This shop was clean, the environment was safe (having to be buzzed in to get in and out is an awesome idea for women and their safety), the workers were busy but remained friendly and I'd recommend them to anybody any day! (My 4yr old grandson said "Your nails are so cool Nana!") That's love for me! Thank you Tuyen Danh and Rose Nails for the excellent customer service!!! See you when I come back to MD...!

First thing they yell out is "cash only!!" when you enter. Second thing we heard was them yelling at customer "this is nail salon, if you need cleaner go to hospital". That customer was very nice about it. They don't respect the neighborhood or clientele, and it comes across very racist. There are too many decent nail places for this level of ignorance. I went a few times in past years ago and stopped, now I remember why. I got dragged by friend this one last time but I wouldn't let them touch my nails after the tone set when we arrived. Have some self-respect and go elsewhere.

This place is horrible. I tried giving it a second chance but no!! I went there on a Friday to treat myself to a pedi and the lady that greeted me ask if I had cash right off the bat. I told her no, she said "we only take cash on the weekend" I looked at her like ok but it's Friday and she changed what is considered the weekend telling me "Friday, Saturday and Sunday" is what they call the weekend and that I could go to the liquor store next door and use their machine. I looked at her, turned around and as she was saying thank you I was headed to my car and never looked back. The first time they nicked my toe and had a hard time stopping the bleeding. Never again

They literally change up rules depending on the day which I’ve never seen a business do to this extreme. It literally gave if I came in on a Monday I can pay with a card but if I come in on a Tuesday I can’t and it’s definitely happened to me before. They are rude and do not care about the customer which is so sad for a place that is providing a service for customers. Smh I will not be back and y’all shouldn’t go either ??♀️.Service: Waxing
