I previously wrote the review about the mouse.. I am SHOCKED that whoever is replying to these reviews would sit and lie like this… the manager gave me late check out once the Haitian front desk man askd him if I could check out late because I missed my flight . There was FOR SURE a mouse in my room the Indian man didn’t even care to check because their clearly used to it. LASTLY.. please I beg of you . Show me any proof of me on video saying racial things . How dare you Lie on me to try to cover up for MICE being inside your building instead of just taking the criticism and doing BETTER . Freaking pathetic .

MOUSE IN MY ROOM ‼️‼️‼️ I was laying down and heard my plastic bag moving. I say up and stared at it because I knew I wasnt crazy . I guess it heard me moved and it got scared and didn't move so i threw something at the bag and it ran behind the TV. Mind you , my leg is messed up so running and falling isn't an option. I call the front desk screaming and asking for help and the Indian man didn't ever care to come help me to come look to assist nothing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Staffing is very friendly and check in was a breeze. It's not the Waldorf Astoria but it is on the nicer side of the lower priced hotels I have stayed at. 2towels, hand towels and wash clothes fresh and clean. Bathroom was a little small but clean. Toilet seat was broken but it still works just fine. Flat screen TV and free WiFi. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Air unit was quiet and kept me cool. I was on the 3rd floor in the front and did not hear any traffic from the outside. If I am ever traveling for work again I will definitely stay here again.

If you want a peaceful night, do not stay here at a weekend, the business across the road blasts music for hours! You can feel the bass through the floors and walls. The whole place is run down, my sheets had cigarette burn holes in and I was given new sheets but had to change them myself. There was barely any toilet paper in the room, it was not clean, not sure house keeping did anything other than change sheets and towels, floors were gross, draws had sticky stuff on them, hairs in the fridge. The ice machine was broken, the whole area is pretty sketchy. Spend the extra money and go anywhere else

It’s a Red Roof Inn guys. My stay was great. Clean, fairly quiet, everything as advertised. It’s not a 5 star resort.

Don't see the problems others complain about. I stay at hotels all the time and this is one of the better ones for the price. All the staff is friendly. The one black guy that works the front desk could be a little nicer but other than that the bedding and sheets have always been clean. I will say the bottom of some of the showers could use some bleach. But no major problems here.

Don't see the problems others are complaining about. I stay all up and down the east coast for work and I have stayed here multiple times. The team is friendly except for 1 person at the front desk. They are helpful and the rooms and bedding are always clean.

Everytime I stayed here, I had mostly positive experiences. Working refrigerator, microwave, and nice 37" TV with remote in every room I visited. If something was ever wrong, they always fixed it promptly. Very good place to stay if you just want the in and out basics.Rooms: Well kept, had everything needed.Walkability: Has working elevator to upper levels.

Boy that negative score had me a little worried but the work that has been done here is definitely moving on up. Very comfortable and I honestly was shocked definitely would stay again.

It's a Red roof inn. They all have a certain standard that seems to be consistent between all Red roof inns. This is meant to be seen as a positive. The Red roof inn is among the best motels that I have stayed in. If you are anywhere where's there's a Red roof inn, you can rest assured knowing that not only can you afford a room for a few nights. But that the room will be clean and well kept.

OMG!!! I checked into room 117, my girlfriend went to use the bathroom and to my surprise there goes a MOUSE running from under the bed!!!We immediately got our belongings, requested a refund and left.BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Worst Red Roof I've been to yet, and they're my go to for travel. Cleanliness is the only thing I really care for when it comes to a budget hotel and it failed in all aspects.Filthy floors that hadn't been mopped or swept, carpet was the same and unclean with fibers from cloth and dirt. The bedding clearly hadn't been washed and had hair embedded into the fibers along with stains. Towels were stained as well and still damp (we got in at about 11-11:30 pm). Missing amenities like a garbage can. The lamp didn't work (or was missing a bulb, I didn't check), the desk chair was also broken and covered in more material, looked like ash. Finally the AC smelled of cigarettes and blew that foul smell everywhere. The budget price wasn't worth it. It's not a hotel for the sake of travel, it's just a little motel that you need in case of emergency. There's a days in across the street, try there.
