Absolutely terrible ISP!! Do not use RCN unless you are desperate as they are the single worst ISP in the DMV. You will have completely unreliable connections at all times and it does not improve. Avoid at all costs!!!

You must pay your bill a day to avoid problems but they… they do whatever they want with your connection and to communicate with them so that they can solve the problem for you. You have to be more than 47min online. it is an abuse !!
